I was injured in an accident and was referred to Dr. Tobin instead of going to the ER because I was told I would be able to get an accurate diagnosis and the Xrays that I needed. I was able to get an appointment by that afternoon and was surprised at the short wait time. Dr. Tobin was very helpful and spent time explaining what I would need to do to regain full functioning and referred me to a joint and nerve specialist to make sure that there was no permanent damage to my hand.

Easy to talk with and very concerned about my well-being. As I have a very specific heart condition, she made a wonderful recommendation for a specialist after a consultation with her and made sure to follow-up with me in a timely manner. She is easy to interact with and always gives good advice when I have questions without rushing me.

Heard that Dr. Tobin was a great doc. Didn't really care for her bedside manner. Told me I shouldn't have come to the Saturday walk-in clinic, that it was for more urgent matters. Mine felt urgent to me. Also was hesitant about prescribing anti-anxiety med for me. Said she wasn't sure if I was going to take myself out, and that she had a mortgage payment and career. Fluctuated between being interested and caring, and shaming. Not sure she's your best bet for a doc.

i have been seeing Dr. Leah Tobin for three years and couldn't be happier with my choice of physician. She really listens to what is bothering me and takes a full managed care approach to medicine. She treats me as a person, not a condition to be treated. She works with me on making informed care choices. It is unfortunate that she works out of North Fulton Family Medicine, who I have given a bad review to separately on this site. The office is horrible to deal with, but the care provided by Dr. Tobin is worth putting having up with NFFM to obtain.

In the past year I switched doctors and I am now seeing Dr. Tobin. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor. I felt better informed and felt she provided better care on my visits than I had my previous 6 years with my last medical group. Fortunately, in addition to being a great doctor, her medical group appears to be a well run office. Records and many routine tasks are available through their website as well as the general process of a patient's visit flows smoothly. Please remember this is a recommendation for this doctor and what I have seen of her medical group during my visits. As of this review I have not seen anyone else in the group. However the way things are going and how the office is run, I don't believe I will have to.
