I recently visited this frame shop at the recommendation of a friend who no longer lives in the area. I asked to get three family photos framed with laser printed captions placed underneath. Two weeks later I received the photos with the captions done in sloppy handwriting. I was told the their printer was broken and that they decided to "just write the in". After refusing to pay for such sloppy work, a week later I picked up their second attempt. However this also done very carelessly. Finally they did the job correctly on the third try. I spoke with the owner who apologized but she is clearly not an active part of the business. She was never in the shop during any of our follow up visits. This business is clearly not what it used to be. The work is very shoddy. Stay away!

I have tried several places in the neighborhood, but I like this one the best. Now they know me after all the diplomas, art, junk, clippings, repairs, I've done, but they always treat me fairly. Also, when we are making something from scratch, they have a great selection of trim so that my work looks exceptional. My home and office wouldn't look the same without Toco Framing. It's across from Wendy's. Next to the Health Food store.

I usually get my pictures framed at Michaels but always had to wait in line and then wait again for delivery. We dropped into Toco Hills Picture Framing and were nicely surprised at the selection of frames and how helpful they were. They expedited the work on one of the frames as well since it was for a gift that I needed three days later. And the result was great for a fair price.

I had a piece that needed a special matting size and a frame I already had. They were very helpful in matting the item appropriately so that I could use my frams and save a lot.
