I took my vacuum there for repairs. It was returned without the attachments. I went to store to ask them to look for the attachments, but before I could even tell them which vacuum I was talking about, the female co-owner started yelling and screaming at me and called me a liar. They tried to give me loose parts that didn't fit my vacuum. I have ordered new attachments. NEVER EVER do business with these people!

I recently moved into the neighborhood and needed a new shoe repair place. I stopped by with a pair of boots and a handbag that needed a new "pull" on the zipper. They charged me $38 to replace the heels and fix the scuff marks - I thought it was a bit much but they promised it would look just like new - needless to say it didn't. Then I asked about the purse. They took a look at the label (Prada) said they weren't sure if they could fix it but they'd try and gave me a price of $57. Ridiculous! I took it back to my old shoe repair (Heel Quick at Lenox Mall). They charged $15 and did a fantastic job. Wish I had brought my boots there to begin with... It would have been worth a little extra gas.

I have taken shoes in for repair and been very happy with the service. I also took in a Coach purse that Coach said couldn't be fixed. The piece where the detachable strap clips had come off. They did a great job and charged a fair price for it. I'm about to take a golf bag in for them to fix the strap and feel good about them being able to fix it. I saw the message about poor service and wonder if there was a language issue. English is not their native language and something may have gotten lost in the translation. The husband and wife have always been pleasant to me when I've gone in.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experience. This husband and wife team is extremely rude and I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in the service industry, let alone the shoe repair business. I chose this place because it was convenient, boy, was that a mistake. I went in on a Sunday and the husband was working alone and although they weren't open, he was nice and took care of me and told me to come back on a day to pick them up. Well, the husband never gave me a service ticket and when I returned the wife YELLED at me and told me it was my fault. She literally was yelling at me about the ticket and about how the ticket tells her what day the shoes are ready. I have never been YELLED at by ANY business owner. On top of that, the credit card machine was "broken" and I had to scurry to go and find cash to pay for my over priced shoe fix. I have gotten similar repairs at other places for half the cost. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back and I suggest you stay AWAY!

I have taken dozens of shoes here for polish, re-sole, half-sole, liner, heel repair, heel replacement, cleat removal, etc. My shoes are required to look and work well. My size is hard to find in the styles I like (at the price I like.) So, the repair guy keeps me going. He has a very nice stitching machine and the work it produces is superb. I'm sure he has some input there too. His wife usually takes your shoes in but they both pitch in to make it right. I've never had a problem. It's clear they also do luggage and vacuum cleaners. But, I mostly get the shoe service. Limp on in and let them cobble you back together. I usually leave my shoes and pick em up a week later.
