Cheated me and then rude about it
I took my vacuum there for repairs. It was returned without the attachments. I went to store to ask them to look for the attachments, but before I could even tell them which vacuum I was talking about, the female co-owner started yelling and screaming at me and called me a liar. They tried to give me loose parts that didn't fit my vacuum. I have ordered new attachments. NEVER EVER do business with these people!

Go if you don't mind overpaying for poor quality
I recently moved into the neighborhood and needed a new shoe repair place. I stopped by with a pair of boots and a handbag that needed a new "pull" on the zipper. They charged me $38 to replace the heels and fix the scuff marks - I thought it was a bit much but they promised it would look just like new - needless to say it didn't. Then I asked about the purse. They took a look at the label (Prada) said they weren't sure if they could fix it but they'd try and gave me a price of $57. Ridiculous! I took it back to my old shoe repair (Heel Quick at Lenox Mall). They charged $15 and did a fantastic job. Wish I had brought my boots there to begin with It would have been worth a little extra gas....

RUDE RUDE RUDE (and dirty)
This place doesn't even deserve one star -- AWFUL!! To begin with, it's a hole in the wall not even large enough for 2 people to stand inside, I had to step outside to talk to the owner about a replacement belt for my vacuum. The owners are Asian and barely speak English. I showed him the part I was looking for (with even the model #), and he kept trying to sell me a completely different belt -- different number, different size, completely wrong. When I questioned him and said it looked nothing like the belt I was replacing, he got ugly, practically pushed me out the door, and said ""OK you go nother store, not buy here!"" So I DID -- I will NEVER patronize this place again. Plus, everything in the place is covered with dust, including new parts and vacuums they're trying to sell. I am amazed how they stay in business. I'm all for giving immigrants a chance to become a success in America, but these people need to learn some manners!!! That is NO way to treat customers.

DO NOT GO HERE! POOR QUALITY and OVERPRICED
This place is absolutely horrible!! I took an attachment from my $600 Phil and Ted stroller to be repaired and now it is ruined. The work was sloppy and sewn on the wrong side. I will never go back here.

Ridiculously Overpriced
The strap on my purse was loose and I only wanted one stitch (probably about 1 inch long) to repair it. She charged $32!!! This is ridiculous. The place I used to go back home would've done that for about $10 max. I'll never go back.
