The guy I spoke to was understated but polite. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed to do to get a flyer ready to print for a school event, even though I knew nothing about printing or paper or anything. He walked me through it and gave me a better price than I had been able to find online. The flyers looked great.

We have been using Toco Instant Printing for 5 yrs. We give them some fairly complex printing & cutting jobs. They've done 14 jobs for us. They have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Hal is the owner and he is very experienced, is easy going, and nice to work with. Their Graphics designer knows his stuff, and he is on his game. They have helped us handle a lot of difficult jobs. I started using this shop for our business needs over 10 years ago. They make our cards , contracts, and all our bulk documents . My experience has always been great and The staff seems to know their profession very well . One time there was a mistake with some carbon copy contracts and they reprinted it correctly the next day and I was not charged. I would not entertain the idea of using anyone else . This place is old school but solid.

I had my assistant drop off a job for me - about 60 cards to be printed on linen cardstock. I picked them up, and two designs with black ink did not print as clearly as I would have liked them to. When I asked whether or not I would have to pay for them - as they were obviously subpar in quality and I did not want them - he said yes and quite rudely said it was my own fault for picking the linen paper. He also said he had printed a sample for my assistant to see; when I asked whether or not it had been a black-ink sample, he was forced to admit no, it wasn't. Anyway, I paid for the cards, only to discover later than he hadn't even printed ALL of them. There were 20 missing. Unfortunately, I was going out of town that same day and never made it back for a refund. Still, the guy was totally rude about it; if he had been nicer, I might have considered returning in the future, but since he was so unpersonable and unapologetic, I've totally boycotted this place.

The person writing this review had no contact with myself or anyone else in our company. All contact was made through his assistant who was advised against printing on the stock he mentioned, yet insisted it be done this way. We have a reputation of friendly customer service and strive daily to satisfy everyones requests and wishes in a timely and professional manner.
