I DID NOT RECEIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TOM'S RADIATOR

I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH TOM'S RADIATOR AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. \rHE DID UNAUTHORIZED WORK ON MY CAR,DID NOT REPAIR IT , AND THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO THINK I SHOULD PAY HIM FOR UNAUTHORIZED WORK BY GIVING HIM THE TITLE TO MY CAR.
