Tom helped us sell out old home and find and buy our new one. The sale of the old house was painless and quick. Tom knew how to position our house in the market so that we got full value but also were able to sell in a timely fashion. We then turned to him to help us find our new house. We were looking in a very specific geographic area. Again Tom knew the market. He watched the listings and when a well priced house came on the market, he alerted us. He advised us on an offer and then guided us through the sale and closing. Tom's knowledge of the Atlanta area is second to none. His years of experience in the area enable him to provide unique insight into homebuying in Atlanta. In the past 10 years Tom has helped my husband and I buy or sell three different properties. Tom sold our house in North Buckhead in June, 2008. He did a really outstanding job of representing our interest and sold our house in a very difficult market. I would recommend Tom to anyone in Atlanta with a house to sell.

I relocated to Atlanta in 2007 from Europe. As with all moves, this can be very stressful for the family and looking for a new home is by far the biggest part. I was introduced to Tom by a friend after meeting several realtors recommended by my company. I was looking for someone that would spend some time with us to understand us and help us however possible. Instead of visiting a high number of qualified homes, we worked together on looking, and in mutliple neighborhoods in and out of our initial target area. We found the home we wanted after a couple weeks. Moreover, Tom was timely and dependable on all paperwork and negotiations. His staff was professional and very effective. He was available 24/7, giving the guidance necessary without overstepping his bounds. We ended up making the offer on a Sunday night at 11pm.In short, Tom is great at his job and knows his market. Moreover, he honestly is invested in your family's experience and success in relocating. I would highly suggest anyone moving to the Atlanta area give him a call.
