Tommy Cho's Adult Classes are excellent...Great for Adults who want to get in shape. Classes will increase your energy and flexibility. Every class teaches you self defense and improves heart health. A Great way for Adults to work out in a supportive environment. If the gym doesn't work for you and running doesn't work, then try Tommy Cho's adult classes!! You won't be disappointed.

My son's is on the black belt program and his self confidence & strength has skyrocketed here! I highly recommend this school for your kids. Every instructor gives personalized and caring instruction. Private lessons are available as well. In the years our son has attended, we have always been impressed by the level of care and personalized instruction Master Cho insists on even when the classes are larger. Belt tests are given based on achievement, not just time put in. If you want your child to thrive in a martial arts environment, this is the school! Adults, too. Family and Christian oriented.

Please note that the address for Tommy Cho has not been updated in Kudzu. It is now located at 1205 Johnson Ferry Rd. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering martial arts for themselves or their children to visit Tommy Cho. I enrolled myself and my two sons in November 2009 and have been absolutely pleased with the experience since then. Master Cho has a natural ability to relate to children in a manner that keeps them engaged and eager to come back. Similarly, the adults, myself included, find him to be open, honest and no-nonsense in his instructional approach. I can speak first hand to the quality of Master Cho's hoshindo (karate) and jiu jitsu classes. In addition, Kim Harkins teaches an innovative offshoot of kick boxing called Kim Boxing. The calendar offers adequate slots of each class to accommodate most people's schedules. Importantly, I was never pressured at the onset with a hard sell or a contract like most other studios. The only regret I have is that I did not start here years ago.
