Long story short is that they FRIED my hair, covered it up to get my money and get me outta the salon. I returned the next day after calling immediately after I got home and saw the damage to my hair. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY despite the fact that they totally destroyed my hair because of their negligence.

I made an appt at 2 and they were 45 minutes late and then they told me that I would need to wait more. They said I never asked for a cut and I said I did and a color. They told me over the phone what I wanted and I specifically said platinum blonde highlights, but my hair was boxed color black, would that be a problem because I don't want to waste my time coming in and you messing up my hair. They told me they could do it and I get there and they tell me no we can't do that and no were busy, so no cut. She also told me it would only be 35-40$, and she was going to charge me 70$. This was absolutely horrible and they need help with their customer service skills. They need to tell people straight over the phone and not lie to them so when they get there they know what to expect! Go somewhere else for service!
