This place has absolutely no customer service. The coaches were jerks and came across like bar bouncers rather than children's coaches. My 7 year old was not taught how to do anything, and he certainly did not learn any new techniques. His $5 for lunch got him 3 slices of pizza which he had to eat all the crusts to even get. He was starving and was not provided with the advertised drinks or "healthy snacks". Drop the attitude Top Dog. My 7 year old doesn't need to experience the chip on your shoulders for not making it to the majors. Take the varsity letter jacket off guys, High School is over.

We were also treated rudely - consistently at every visit! The staff is a bunch of teenagers who have a serious attitude problem - customer service was truly awful. The owner seriously needs to take action about this because unfortunately I have told other families about the unfortunate experiences at Top Sports. It was also difficult to take advantage of the facility especially the batting cages, which are constantly breaking down.
