I hired Level Lawn this Fall to restore my front lawn that had been neglected this year. Results are that my lawn would have looked better had I done nothing at all. Level Lawns refuses to stand by their work. Their service is completely unprofessional (no signs or invoice left to even let me know they'd done the work.) I thought I was hiring professionals....would have done better to hire a kid in the neighborhood. Completely disappointed and angry.

I heard an ad for level lawns on 680 the fan, so I called to find out how much it was for an aeration and sanding on my lawn. It was a very easy process, from start to finish everything was done online. The salesman came by while I was at work and sent me a quote via email, I was able to book the service online with a couple of clicks and then they had me scheduled. The guys who actually came out to do the work were very friendly and did a great job. The only issue that I had with the whole process is that it rained after they cut the grass and they couldn't come back to do the sanding for a couple of days, it would have been nice to get a phone call :( I mowed it for the first time the other day and it looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Level Lawns to Top Dress our front and right side lawn. They did the service in 2014 and I wanted to wait a year before writing a review. They did smooth out the lawn from the bad sod installation from the year before. The gaps in the sod and divots through out the lawn have disappeared and the color in now uniform and the grass looks much more healthy. They left some sand spots in the lawn but those eventually filled in from the growth of the grass. Those sand areas were the low spots in the lawn and they were only there for a couple of weeks. It took Level Lawns two days to complete the work. They could not do the back yard because you have to go down a set of steps and their equipment out not fit in back.

Level lawns are experts at sanding. They have some high speed machinery that they use on the golf course. I had a regular landscaper sand my lawn at my last house and it was horrible. They just used wheel barrows and rakes, which left uneven clumps. They were more expensive than some landscaper quotes I got, but it was worth it to get it done right.

We would have been a NEW customer for this business, but can't get anyone to call us back. This company was recommended by our landscaper, so we tried contacting through the website and also have left SEVERAL messages for them to call us for an estimate. It has been a month and no one has ever called us. The only response we have ever gotten is the auto-response from the website that says to expect a call....which we never got. I guess this company is so busy they don't need new customers. WOW! If you can't return a phone call to me, I don't think I will trust you to do work in my yard.

Horrible Experience. I called and they scheduled my lawn aeration several days out, however when the day came they called after 4pm the day of and said they got unexpectedly busy and couldn't come out today tomorrow and would have to reschedule for 3 more days. Poor scheduling and rude staff would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible job ....fertilizer spread unevenly, no new grass in many areas, dead grass in other areas. I've called three times but this company does not return calls. I cannot recommend this company.

I hired Level Lawns for aeration/over-seeding, top dressing, and lime application for our neglected fescue lawn. I found the service to be reasonably priced and the crew was efficient. Two days after the installation, we had three inches of torrential rain in a matter of a few hours, washing away our new seed and soil. I called Level Lawns and they returned immediately for a spot check. Upon realizing the whole lawn needed a re-do, the crew promptly aerated, fertilized, and seeded AGAIN at no additional cost, all for an act-of-God issue beyond their control. They have my business for life.

I was very impressed with how quickly my lawn was serviced. The were out just a day or two after my call. The aeration quality was the best I've ever had (plugs per sq. ft.) and the price was less than the cost to rent a "do it yourself" machine. I'll definitely be using Level Lawn again!

Wanted to update this review. The owner called back after I left a message. He was concerned about the rocks in the sand, and said he would be talking to his supplier. For a solution he is bringing his crew back out and they are going to pick up all of the larger stones. He is also going to drop off some more river sand in case I need it to level out any low spots that couldn't be fixed on the initial leveling. I am satisfied with the service, so I have upped the rating for both service, quality and value from average across the board to above average and great. Hard to ding a business when a supplier is not doing their job screening the sand. He valued the feedback and proposed a solution to my dissatisfaction. --------- Everything was fine up to the point where they dropped the sand on my lawn. The riversand that they used was not screened prior to putting it on my lawn. I notice this because the three workers that came out on my property kept picking up large items off the top of the sand. Unfortunately they didn't rake all of them and I am finding quite a few of them in my lawn. Next time I will probably just do it myself. It will cost me about the same amount of money but I am pretty sure I can order better sanding material from a supplier and rent a power lawn leveler from a local shop and do a much better job on my own. Unfortunate, but at least I know I can do it myself and I learned enough watching the crew to make it perfect

Levels Lawns is awesome!!! I had level lawns come out last year and do a top dressing in my yard and now my lawn is the envy of the neighborhood. I was having some issues with my lawn it wasn't looking very good - it had burn spots from the sun, it wasn't very level and it just needed to be revitalized. I asked our greens keeper at the country club if had any suggestions and he told me to call level lawns. Best call I ever made. They came out did a highly professional job. I really didn't know what to expect and was unfamiliar with the process. They Top Dressed (process in which they add material to the surface of your turf to enhance its quality and appearance), Installed new Emerald Zoysia in my backyard and now it looks great. My neighbors keep telling me I'm going to win yard of the month. So far I have seen Level Lawns in our Neighborhood 3 times this spring - because of my yard. I should ask them for a referral fee. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be calling them back for work in the future.

Your employees are very nice. The crew chief on the top dressing crew really went the extra mile to please us. This is the second time we have use Level Lawns. The first time was our house in Roswell. Did an excellent job in 2006 at our Roswell home. Many Thanks for the professional work!

Level Lawns does great work! I own a fertilization and weed control business and have sent over 30 of my customers in the past 5 years to them. I've heard nothing but positive things and praises about them. I was extremely satisified with my own lawn! Lush and green! Unlike other sanding companies, they do not skimp on their products, therefore actually leveling their lawns. If you want real results, hire Level Lawns!
