If you asked me a year ago, I would have given 4 stars across the board. Originally a Groupon customer in 2011, I was impressed by the cleaners, so I continued to be a customer. On January... 17 2013, I had a cleaner who was a nightmare. 1) She was extremely late (my app't was between 8:00 am-12:00 pm)-she showed up ~2 pm-I wasn't told she'd be late until 10 mins before she was scheduled to arrive. 2) I was told she had already broken a vacuum and that she would need to borrow one-which I said was fine; 3) While here, she rushed to get things clean-the kitchen sinks were not wiped down, there were still smears on the bathroom mirror, and the fan in the bedroom wasn't wiped. 4) While here, she handled my Dyson vacuum without asking me how it works, so I showed it her (after she almost dropped it on the floor). I warned her to watch out for a large cat toy wand (I tried to pick them all up before she came but I missed 1); she inevitably sucked it up in the vacuum. She completely broke a piece off my vacuum so it wouldn't stand up properly. 5) She broke her own mop while she was here. I was travelling outside of the country to a completely off-the-grid vacation so I could not contact them via email or phone. I emailed them as soon as I got home on Jan 30. I even tried calling to them while travelling. I did not get a response from them until TODAY-their answer was it was too late to complain, even though I called on Jan 18 and 21st.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I purchased 12 cleaning sessions with Top Quality and I have been thoroughly impressed each time. The staff is always very pleasant and they know how to get a house clean especially one like mine... with pets and small children. I have tried every cleaning company Cobb county and this is the best! They use great supplies and do a fantastic job. The house is so tidy when they leave. The cleaner does a great job on my floors and my tubs and sinks always look great.
Thanks for the cleaning today. Cleaner arrived on time and was very sweet. Great cleaning and I am going to use them again. Definitely a good experience. I had a few different neighborhood cleaners come out, but they werent that great. This was definitely work my money and really inexpensive too.
I just used this service today and it was great. My sister, mother and I received a cleaning certificate as a gift. I noticed that people are complaining abou the Groupon deal, but that was for 2 hours of cleaning which doesnt really cover the entire area. Either way, I would give this company a try. Reasonable rates, great service.
I purchased the Groupon because we were looking to employ a cleaning serivce and I thought this was a good deal. In my mind you are suppose to get the same quality of service as if you paid full price. WRONG, the woman was lazy, complained that her back hurt and she brought her daughter along and for liability issues I was extremely annoyed by that. The house looked the same as it did before they arrived. The level of cleaning they did was what we do on a day to day basis to keep the house up. They left scuff marks on the kithen floor after mopping, didn't do ANYTHING to the master bedroom. Barely vacummed. Didn't dust. I really just wanted to put her out. The job was subpar at best, I would NEVER refer them or use them again. They should go out of business!
What a joke! It started with first having to book an appointment weeks out for a 'window' of time where they would show up. Worse than the cable company - they won't call on their way or give you any indication what time they'll be there. I tried calling the main office for an hour this morning and no one even picked up the phone. Then they get here and say that "changing sheets on the bed is not included." What kind of maid service doesn't change sheets and make the bed?? Dusting was half-a$$ and everything they wiped down has streaks on it. Don't bother - even with the Groupon it's not worth it. I'm off to go re-clean my place...
DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOUR HOUSE ACTUALLY NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. Top "Quality" clean refused to clean my dirty house!!! This after failing to confirm my appointment for more than a month, then slinging attitude at me when I asked them if we could go ahead and schedule the other five sessions I bought AND PAID FOR!!! Perhaps if you CLEAN your OWN house before they come out, they'll actually work. But then again, why the heck do you think I boughi HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES anyway? Scam - total scam - stay away!!!!
I bought a Groupon for a cleaning from Top Quality some months ago and it was the WORST experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. After a lot of difficulty in getting an appointment, the girl that finally arrived to clean my townhouse wore knee-high boots and was dressed as if she'd just come from the "Da Club." After she left, I noticed all the areas she missed, but the worst was my wood floors on the first level. She mopped the floor but proceeded to walk all over it leaving behind boot marks. She reluctantly re-mopped the floor but left while the floor was still wet. Once it dried, it left this horrible, cloudy film and a terrible smell! It was HORRIBLE! I had to call another cleaning company to come and undo the damage she did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HOUSE CLEANINGS! Their name should be Low Quality Clean, Inc. and the Groupon was NOT worth it! If zero stars were an option...

This review is not valid. Our housekeepers wear uniforms and sneakers. Not sure what cleaning company this review was meant for, but it is not for Top Quality Clean. Please disregard this review. I wish we could contact the person directly but we do not have any information other than what appears on the screen.
FIrst off, let me say that this is my first time ever writing a negative review for any company, ever. I bought a groupon from Top Quality for a basic cleaning. Before even dealing with them, I had a bad feeling, b/c they didn't return emails or voicemails. I needed a deep cleaning for rentors moving in and they did a HORRIBLE job. Furthermore, when the maid came out, she said she had received no communication about my needing add ons to the basic cleaning. I was upfront with them about needing these additional services to the deep cleaning elements, and then gave them a check for an extra $120 to cover it. When I came home from work, she was gone & about 50% of it had been done. I am amazed they have a four star rating. Some people must have been luckier than I was!
I stay at home with 2 toddlers. I never have time to clean! My friend suggested we get some help so I did my research and called around. When she arrived, she was very professional and polite! The price was right and so was the service so I scheduled repeat cleanings once every 2 weeks! Let me tell you, the ladies did a magnificent job on my home! My bathrooms are amazing. I never knew that my tub was WHITE! No matter how hard I cleaned, I could never do the job that the ladies did. They are very accomodating and willing to work with your budget for repeat cleanings. I got more than what I expected! I recommend top quality clean to anyone with any budget.

Not only did I have to call and have the cleaners come a second time because they forgot to clean the kitchen and vacuum the area rugs in the house, but on the second trip, they ruined my shower curtain by splashing bleach on it. They said they didn't beleive that they did it but the shower curtain was fairly new was not in the condition it was in after they were there beforehand. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the damaged shower curtain but keep getting excuses why they can't follow through. They keep asking me to send more pictures and another receipt, which I refuse to do because I had already gone through the time and trouble to do it months ago and they are too unorganized to find it. They never called me back to follow up. I had to do all of that. I do not recommend them for cleaning or customer service. No way!

This review is not true. We have contacted this client several times via telephone and email to resolve the matter. She refuses to call us back. We also have email proof that she never sent a receipt nor a picture. If we could post the emails I would. This client did not blame us for ruining her shower curtain until sevaral weeks after the cleaning nor did she provide us with the information we requested several times. We are an honest business and we treat our customers with great customer service. However, house cleaning services are always blamed when there is an issue in the home. In order for us to take responsibility for something we would like to know that we did indeed cause the damage. To this day we have not received a picture nor a receipt. Again, we have email documentation from this client saying "I will send a picture and receipt", yet she could not provide it to us. We even said just show us a picture and we will pay the estimated value based off of a similar curtain. She now refuses to respond. Please give our company a chance!
Very detailed! I am definitely amazed at how great a job they did. This company is organized, professional and most importantly, they know how to clean. I live in a very large home with 2 active boys. I rarely have a chance to get a deep cleaning. It was definitely worth the money and the repeat service was very affordable.
This was the best idea I ever had. Never in my wildest dreams did I think a service like this would sweep me off my feet. I decided to hire a cleaning company because I had recently injured my shoulder but I had family coming over. What a great deal, they scrubbed my bathrooms until they were white, they made my stove top shine and they even cleaned my baseboards. I decided to use them once a month and they gave me an awesome price and showed me little things to do in order to keep my place looking as clean as possible in between cleanings. Thanks Top Quality clean, I don't know what I would have done without you!!

If you are looking for 'detailed' cleaning, this is not the place. I asked for deep cleaning for my condo before the new tenant moved in with additions, i.e, refrig, stove, microwave. Refrig and micro were clean, but the stove still had food in the burner trays along with caked on food,grease,etc all around the burner trays, then when I lifted to stove top, there was a massive amount of food and crumbs between the stove top and counter and the drawer on the bottom under the oven was never touched. The front of the cabinets had food dripped down them. I would think the ceiling fans would have been included in deep cleaning, but there were 2 inches of dust still on them, so obviously they were not included. After recleaning the stove, I proceded to wipe some of the debris from the kitchen tile and realized the floor had not been moped either, when you take a cloth and go over the floor and it is considerably black, the floor was not cleaned. Needless to say I did not bring all the proper cleaning necessities with me to inspect the condo before the new tenant met with me (considering I thought it would be clean) all I could do was apoligize to the tenant. I would not use the service again.
