I have never written a review on Kudzu before, but this place was so awful I signed up for Kudzu just to write this review. I brought a pair of boots in for new heels and polishing for $30. When I picked them up, neither looked good (the material she used looked liked it was taken from someone else's old heels), but the lady behind the counter insisted they were fine. After only 3 wearings, one of the heels broke off completely and the other looked like it was a year-old. She repaired the completely broken heel at no charge but not the other one that clearly also needed to be replaced. Plus, she used a different material for the new heel so now the shoes have two completely different heels and are two different heights. While I pleaded with her to replace the second heel, too, she refused.

y dog chewed up my heels so I brought them here. At first I was put off by the price (3 pairs with heels and soles repaired for $64). But when I returned, the repairs were done very well and the soles were reinforced strongly. Overall, I think it was worth it.
