Top Tails Pet Center

Owner is rude! I dropped my dog off to get groomed & told the owner who was very unfriendly that my dog has an ear infection. When I went to pick him back up, he proceeds to list out everything that is wrong with my dog, IN FRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! Is this Top Tails Vet Clinic?!? I think not. I was so embarrassed. Thanks for telling me something I already knew & he's already been to the vet for. Maybe he was having a bad day but you should never treat a customer this way. We've taken our dog there for years and will not be doing business anymore.

Great neighborhood store. They have an adoption center where you can adopt or volunteer. That is an amazing thing they are doing. Diane the groomer is incredible, very friendly and knowledgeable young lady. I found a new place to shop A++++ Top Tails.

I really like Top Tails and they are competitively priced. I take both my dogs to Top Tails. The groomer is great!

The groomer does an ok job when she decides to work, but wow the customer service is abysmal. We've called to say we're coming and then raced over, only to be told 'oh, she left for the day.' That's happened three times now, and we're done. You shouldn't have to beg someone to take your business (' she might be here, might not hard to say') As for the help, don't walk too close behind them, if they're having a bad day they'll just close the door in your face without saying a thing. Unbelievable. As far as dogfood and supplies, there are FAR better stores-- go to Top Dogs Pet Boutique in Kennesaw or Roswell. http://topdogs.net/ Now *that* place is AWESOME!!! Friendly helpful staff who bend over backwards to actually help you, in a store that is packed to the gills with fantastic products. (No, I have no affiliation with them whatsoever, just buy food there-- see for yourself!) Too bad they don't have a groomer....

My Himalayan received a fanatstic lion trim at a very reasonable price. She was in and out in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Top Tails for all your grooming needs. They get an A+.
