This company Topper Limo is one of the worst company in Atlanta. Total rip off. The owner Dany totally rude and unprofessional. I got overcharge for a trip by $ 2000. never pay them full amount until the trip is over.

This client damaged one of our Limo Buses and he was charged for the damage. Our fleet consists of only brand new top of the line vehicles and if a client damages a vehicle, they will be held responsible. It is clearly stated in our limo contract that is required to be signed before the trip.
This is the best limo service in Atlanta. They provide nationwide service for our entire office. They are very personal and I like that they are family owned and operated. You will not find another company like this.

We orginally hired Toppers to pick us up from our wedding to ride only 5 miles. We found someone much cheaper so my husband called and cancelled the reservation with Toppers. Once we left in the car we ended up reserving our friends and family said another car came about 15mins later to pick us up. We didn't think too much about it since we were a bit pre-occupied with just getting married. But when our credit card bill came in we saw we were charged over $200. Now who in their right mind would pay $260 to ride 5 miles? So my husband disputed the charge. Toppers sent in the original quote and our cc company put the charge back through. So my husband called Toppers and the owner of the company told him that he had his money so good luck. And then preceed to tell him to F off and hung up. We have contacted our cc company and will continue to fight this. Just be careful when using this company.

This client tried to cancel a trip past the cancellation period. The cancellation policy was specifically outlined on the credit card authorization form that was signed by the client. The client tried to dispute the charges and the credit card company sided with Topper.
