Best quality cleaning we've had in 13 years of searching in Atlanta. In the past we've settled for average quality groups that didn't provide all the services we desiredthe extra care in organizing a little and caring for laundry is especially appreciated. We can breathe a little easier knowing more of our household is well cared for. Thanks TMI !

My wife and I have been using TMI for a couple years now for our Morningside/ Virgina-Highlands bungalow, and we have been very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work. I was also pleased to just learn that they use organic products.

I've used Total Maintenance for regular cleaning, as well as cleaning for showing and selling homes. I've always been very pleased with the results, as well as the customer service. I highly recommend them!

I've been using Total Maintenance for about a year now. The quality of the job is consistent and I have yet to have any issue with them. That says alot because I am very picky.

Over a couple of years the service has steadily declined and I am switching to another service. I came home today to find the door was unlocked, and the job was incomplete at best. They do not do a good job of following up with messages and voicemails.
