I had to ask the questions and all the answers I was given was not done. I was worried about the spacing between the 1x4s being 2 foot on center. He told me don't worry about it there on 16 in. center. screens wood be placed over the existing vent holes that was not done. No 1x4s were placed around the protruding pipes or the fireplace. a screw was screwed in sideways with a finger full of silicone wiped on it.Im not sure but I think most of the screws are to tight. The metal is starting to ripple up. the roof vents were going to be replaced with a continuous ridge vent the worker I talk to said if I had paid for it he would do it . He then calls the sales man he said just cut 30 feet of it . so I ask why not all of it he said he did not wont to damage his saw blade. so I got my saw and was going to finish the ridge vent but one of the other workers volunteered to finish it for me. the panels are not covered enough with the ridge vent cover in some areas its 1/4 inch.I dont think thats enough to take care of the rain splash or the wind blown rain. I was told the 1x4 slats that the metal was to be screwed to wood have lines popped from top to the bottom so they wood know where the truss was to put the screws. That was not done instead we got one screw on the end two screws in the middle and one more on the other end. The one person whom I think was in charge acted like he didn't even wont to be there. They left nails and screws and staples AND cigarette buts all over the yard and driveway. My Daughter had came to visit and see the new roof and a screw was in her tire and had to replace it. They were suppose to pay for the tire but haven't done so as yet. we got the magnet on wheels to pick up the debris

My experience with Total Roof Solutions was a positive one. All appointments were kept as promised and the the job was begun and completed within the estimated time frame. The written estimate was the final cost of the job; there were no "hidden" surprises. All company representatives were professional and courteous.

Salesmen Chris came to our church and did a through inspection of the roof and was very knowledgeable about the best products to use on our roof. He was the only one of 3 different companies that did a complete and through inspection. The other two were on the roof no more than 15 minutes. Work was superior and clean up was amazing, not one nail did we find on the ground. Thanks TRS

There is so much technology out now, that Total Roof Solutions should have a way to show the customer the finished project without getting on top of the roof. They need to utilize new technology to offer an image of the finished project to their customers.

My shingle replacement came via hail storm damage. TRS met with my insurance company adjuster (ON THE ROOF) to determine damage. TRS then took the adjuster's information and planned the entire job, including permits, code required up-charges and product delivery. The crew did a great job repairing damage to the underlayment and even better job with the shingle installation. TRS even submits their replacement costs to my insurance company for reimbursement! All I had to do was pay my insurance deductible!

Total Roof Solutions are professionals unlike the storm chasers that knock at your door offering you the world while using low quality material and contractors that are usually out of business before the next rain storm (My neighbor got burned by a door knocker). I had weather (wind) damage. The door knockers were in my community like vultures. Get your roof done right. TRS didn't just repair my Roof, they install a roofing system using the highest quality name brand material. A TRS rep will come out and give you a full presentation and basically educate you on the Roofing process from A to Z. They fully understand the Insurance process and worked with me every step of the way as I worked through the claims process. They are members of Trust Dale, Better Business Bureau, etc. It goes without saying that TRS is insured, bonded, licensed, and they did not need money up front to get started which is great indicator they are financially sound as a business. I highly recommend TRS!
