TRS installed our roof and new gutters last spring. They provided GREAT service, professional installation, excellent clean up. I still look at the roof and say what a great looking roof!! THANK YOU TRS for the great job!
Very pleased with the new roof and gutters from Total Roof Solutions. They were on time and great about putting yard and porch stuff back as it was--cleaned up all debris.
Very pleased with the two roof replacements and indoor/outdoor repairs. Excellent Company, great management and competent crews
Scheduling installation of new roof was very easy. TRS arrived on time and immediate went to work. Job took about a day and a half. All debris was removed with no damage to plants and flowers. TRS returned to adjust vents which didn't line up correctly as roof was installed. TRS also returned and did touch up on some siding paint that was scuffed during roof installation. With all of the rain this year, we have been worry free.
i thought at the time when i needed a good roofing contractor that i would go to trustdale.com[i now call it don't trustdale.com]. ok so i see total roof solutions. to make a long story short. i felt like a redheaded step-child.too long between the time i called and when they showed up to write me up.same as when they showed up to do the work.they took most of the money before the work was two thirds done.after the roof and gutters were done the wanted the rest of the money even before the utility building was even thought about being done.when they wanted the rest of the money the contractor wasn't even sure what the amount was. he said an amount and i wrote a check but three days later he brought back the check and said it was a lesser amount. the way the insurance wrote up the estimate i couldn't make heads or tails of it and i think the contractor couldn't either.the utility building wasn't even fixed i think when they got all the money i was just another victim of greed.i was better off just going with a roofer that was canvasing the neighborhood.sorry no photos taken but trustme.com they don't get my vote.
Mr. Justice's project was an insurance claim due to Hail Damage. This is the first negative response we have ever received from Mr. Justice since his project has been completed. TRS does not require any money up front on any project. TRS does require that the first insurance check be paid upon completion of the roof. If there are items to be completed aside from the roof, these items are paid for as well when completed and the customer is Satisfied with the work. As for the Utility building; we explained to Mr. Justice that his Insurance co. did not pay enough to properly repair his Utility building and that portion of the claim would not be completed by TRS at this time. Meanwhile TRS contacted the Insurance co. about the lack of funds to complete the utility building to try and get this taken care of. The Insurance co. asked if we would cut a sample of the material off the utility building and send into them to review. TRS complied and overnighted the sample to them, they responded that they would contact Mr. Justice once a decision had been reached. If they did not contact Mr. Justice or pay additional money for the Utility building to be completed, that is by no means TRS's fault or responsibility. The final check Mr. Justice paid TRS, once all the work was complete and he was Satisfied, was then returned to him because of this Utility Building. The funds from the Insurance co. for the Utility building were included in this final check and we did not complete this work so we returned the over paid amount. That sounds like a good contractor you can trust. Furthermore, the afternoon that the roof was completed, TRS received a call from Mr. Justice in a panic exclaiming that his house had just been broken into. The two owners of TRS rushed over to check on Mr. Justice and the damage that had been done due to the break in (5-6:00pm). The intruders kicked in the back door of his garage and the entry door to the house from the garage. TRS then, out of good faith to a customer, relocated the lock on the back door and repaired the main door frame so Mr. Justice could at least lock up that evening. Mr. Justice was very appreciative and offered to pay us for our time. TRS did not except any money for this and told him we were happy to help. Sounds like a good contractor you can trust. TRS has already contacted Mr. Justice directly.
I highly recommend Total Roof Solutions. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked with my insurance company to provide my home and shed with beautiful and durable roofs. They were efficient, worked quickly and did a thorough clean up. The new roofs not only look great, they have improved the value of my home and given me the feeling of security during inclement weather.
