I started with Jason to get in better physical health, on doc's orders, several months ago. We started with $20 personal training sessions to get me in shape and I have now graduated to group workouts. I'm feeling great!

I am an Ex college athelete who is not trying to bulk up, instead trying to lose weight, and tone up. I tried group workouts in other gyms and couldn't stay motivated with all the big crowds. With Jason's group workout I still get 1 on 1 attention which helps me keep reaching the next level of my goal. Jason is a great motivater who can help anyone achieve there fitness goals.
