I attended this facility in February because I was looking for a new gynecologist. This facility good reviews online so I decided to give them a try. When I pulled up to the facility, I realized it was not in the greatest location but I did not allow that to deter me. Upon going inside, the staff was very friendly so that made me feel more at ease until more of their patients arrived. I have never heard anyone use profanity in a waiting area until visiting this facility. It seems as though profanity is commonplace with their clientele. The medical asst they had take my vitals and info was new so after going through everything once, I had to go through it again because messed up. Then they placed me in a tiny room with no windows to wait for the doctor who took about 30 minutes. If you are claustrophobic, definitely stay away. The doctor was friendly & seemed knowledgeable. The big issue was trying to get my test results after I left. You have to go online to view your test results after your visit. Well, the staff input the wrong email address for me so I could not login. After I called them, they supposedly corrected it but I still couldn't log in. They stated to give it a few days to update and try again, which I did with no success. We went through this several times and I finally asked them to mail the results. They never arrived. I even called the doctor twice to complain and request results, I never heard back from her. Thus, my recommendation is to go elsewhere.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brown since 2007, and she delivered my daughter via C-section 15 months ago after several years of trying. She is a knowledgeable, caring professional who takes the time to really listen to your concerns and work with you regarding your situation, and not just talk at you like many other doctors. Like the other reviewers I too have had difficulty receiving certain test results but I believe this is a byproduct of a growing, busy practice, not a personal reflection of Dr. Brown. I know this is an issue she and her staff are aware of and are actively addressing. Her practice is busy and growing for a reason: she's an outstanding doctor. I recommend her highly!

I have been a patient since 2008 and she is a great doctor. Its hard to get results back and even good common curtsy from the staff. But to go through so many bad experiences with other obgyn's and to meet one totally opposite is a great thing. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work Dr. Brown

thank you so much for this fantastic review of Dr. Brown. We are working on new ways for patients to receive lab results, but please give me a call about your issues with the staff. If there is an issue I definitely want to make sure that it is addressed and corrected!!
Patients beware - I have never been so disatisfied after getting an exam done at this doctor's office. You never get your results and yet they bill your insuarance company for every exam including blood and urine. I called the office several times to get my results but no one calls you back. I finally started calling the doctor demanding my lab results and the doctor does the same thing - never responds to your requests for results. They are very unprofessional. I am now having to go to another doctor to have the same tests done so I can have some reassurance regarding my health so beware of this doctor.

I'm so sorry you had such a horrible experience! It sounds like there was a mishap with the billing. If you give the office a call I'm sure that we can resolve this issue. The office is now under new management and this is not a problem that I take lately. Please give me a call.
