I changed vets over a year ago and I have been very happy with Dr Toth and Dr Chase. The office is clean and there is no waiting to see the dr. The prices are competitive. Dr Toth takes the time to discuss the health of your dog or cat. I needed to discuss the health issues of my aging golden retriever. He was very helpful and did not recommend surgery that was not absolutely necessary nor did he recommend vaccines for an older dog that were not needed. Glad I made the change.

I've been using Dallas Animal Hospital since arriving in Georgia in 2006 and would never change. Dr. Toth is great and the staff is great. I especially love Amy and so do my two dogs.

I have taken my Lhasa Apso to Dr. Toth for 4 years now as well as our new Shi t zu puppy. I strongly disagree with the other review. Several of my friends and I compared our vet bills (mostly for annual vaccines) and Dallas Hwy Animal Hospital was at least 25% less than all other on a per shot cost. The front desk is great.. They also always fax over records as needed to where I board the dogs.

One of my dogs has an enlarged heart that Dr. Toth has been monitoring for awhile. Dr. Toth refused to give him his medication refills until he took more unnecessary tests. If he truly cared about my dog he would of given him his pain and heart medication without giving me a "two week" appointment ultimatum. I told him that I won't be able to afford $800-1000 for the visit and could we just do the most important test right now to get him his medication. He said he needs him to do all of the tests and would not work with me. I decided to take him to an internist. I am soooo glad I did. She prioritized the treatment based on what is best for my dog and my budget. I actually got all the tests she recommended and ended up paying half the price that Dr. Toth was asking. What really scared me is she found out he was worse off then the paperwork that was faxed by Dr. Toth's office. I was informed that Dr. Toth's tests were inconclusive and would not give a true diagnosis of my dogs problem. I truly believe that if I continued to bring my dog to Dr. Toth he wouldn't be alive today.
