THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER HAD! Once the "sale" is done, do not expect anything from them at all, even if it was part of the sale. My wife and I have been in the CS business for years and if any of our employees were to treat our customers the way they had, the individual would no longer be employeed. After a dozen calls with NO RESPONSE, I escalated it to the GSM, who did nothing at all, if fact he failed to call me as well by passing it off to others. It has taken two weeks to get anything done to my car that they were to do a few days after the sale. I see how they are #1 in the nation for sales, but they are bottom line for customer service!

Not only were we at the dealership for NINE hours (literally), but at one point when we tried to leave, two salesmen stood behind our car asking what they could do to earn our business! We felt like they were desperate for a sale & maybe they could work something good out for us, so we went back in and finished the transaction. We ended up purchasing the perfect vehicle for our family & were very happy at the end of the day. Two weeks later, I get a call saying that the financing wasn't approved & we needed to return the car! HUH? I thought the reason we were in the dealership for NINE HRS was because they were getting the loan approved! In any event, I told them we had driven the car to Cali on vacation & weren't going to be home for a week & they said just to come in when we got back. So when I return the car I'm told that they won't have the $5000. down payment I gave them for 72 hours, after they inspect the car for any damage & mileage. Of course there's mileage on the car! We thought it was ours so we took it on our vacation! So here we are, waiting for our money back, hoping that they don't dream up any damage & that we'll get most of our money back (by the way, I was told that because of the mileage, they would be deducting $500. from the down payment for sure) To make sure you heard me right, if you buy a car from Towbin & give them CASH down, they can call you two weeks later demanding the car back and STILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!
