I couldn't be happier than my experiences with the Tower of Jewels. I have been inside 3 of the Tower locations on numerous times and always find the employees helpful (sometimes too helpful), and always willing to give me more than what I expect. If you sign up as a VIP (no charge to do so) then you will get free watch batterine! There is even more to the VIP than this. You get rebates like frequent flyer miles without blackout periods to use anytime you want or let them build up and get jewelry free! \r\rI thought that the 1st time I went in it was a fluke, but everytime I've gone in it is the same.\r\rThe prices are good, the selection is good, the quality is great, and if they don't have it they will make it for you. When i inherit my dad's diamond I'm going to make it into a Lustrous diamond that my friend recently bought. I guess it is a special cut that they own the patent on.\r\rI can't believe anybody could be unhappy with them unless they didn't talk to anybody about it.

I brought in my seiko pilots chrono for routine battery replacement, the wacth tech chaned the battery and gave it back to me, everything appeared to be fine. the watch is made to be waterproof ,i didn't get water near it for two months, i was washing my dog in the backyard when i noticed the crystal had water in it . few days days later the watch was fryed. i brought the watch in to tower of jewels ,the salesman took the watch to the same watch tech that changed the battery in the first place. the salesman came back out after 2 minutes and said the watch had a broken rubber seal, that tower was not resposible, and that a seiko is a cheap 80 dollar watch to begin with (the watch cost $895.00 when my girlfriend gave it to me as a gift 16 years ago) , \r he said so there was no use spending $500 to fix ..he then went on in an attempt to sell me one of their used rolex watches for 5 grand.\rin the past i've had the battery replaced by another jewelery store back home in l.a.. i wish i still had my timepiece instead of the bad experience that the sales team and customer service of tower of jewels gave me . if i had just to another store i'd still have my watch, it dos not take a rocket scientist to replace a rubber seal before closing the back. out of sixteen years i've had the battery changed six times, nothing ever went wrong. and then i walked into the tower and got screwed.\r i hope by posting this advisory other feel the sting. to the jackass salesman 'I LIKED MY CHEAP 80 DOLLAR SEIKO!!!""

Jack Weinstein is the most honest jeweler I have ever met. He will tell you what your rings, etc. are really worth and not lie about it. Jack has been in the business about 30 years. Not only does he know gold, but diamonds , I think are really his specialty. He can spot the best and the worst in one second. He makes you feel at home at his store.

I purchased a watch from Tower of Jewels 9 years ago. They told me that if I ever need a new battery, they would replace it free. I've taken it in for a new battery 3 times, and they've been good to their word!
