These guys are the real deal. I read reviews on here before deciding to give them a try because I've tried many other upholsterers in the past with poor luck. I cant say enough about Town and... Country though. Fast, personal, great service. Free pickup and delivery was nice too! There work is second to none.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I had a club chair, ottoman, and bench recovered about three months ago. The items are used somewhat often (not daily) and have held up well so far. I am very pleased with the quality of work on these pieces. However, I also had a few pillows made, and at $35 each (not including fabric), I was expecting nice pillows. I could tell right away that the stuffing used was not as nice as stuffing used in our other pillows, made by an upholsterer in another area. The pillows do not hold their shape, and one of them has already started falling apart. I am very disappointed as we spent quite a bit of money on these items. Even though I was pleased with the service and the quality of work for the furniture, I may look for someone else for projects in the future because I feel like my money was wasted on the subpar pillows.

I had two recliner`nearly 10 yrs. old- Was suppose to be 600 for two- when I called for them to get them- I was told no- was $350 the other price didnt include the material- so I had material for one of them .the other one had an electrical vibrator- when I got it back- I paid the #350.00-looked at the other chair- I was shocked- there wasnt enough padding and looked more like you had draped a sheet over it- on the arm the seam was sewn cross ways-so he had to take it back with him- when he got that fixed and I went looked at- it didnt look any better- I was told that he didnt put foam in the chairs and the foam in that one smelled so bad of cat urine they had to throw it out- one arm had pleats- the other one didnt- that was what the chair looked like when he got it- I kept telling him the chair was 10 yrs old.Who buys a chair with two different looking arms? when I asked what happen to the electrical part on the other one-I was told that it was completely rusted and they threw it away-- I wasn`t called to look at this part. that chair also had a defected arm- I have pics of them- When I told Chris that my husband might not want this chair(since he seen the bad job on the other one) I told him he could keep it- I would take a loss on my material $60.00-and maybe he could sell it for his labor- I was told he wasn`t in the chair selling business and it was my problem!I dont think he could sell that chair either!

Great selection of fabrics. You can email them a photo for an estimate. Christopher picked up our sofa & chair on a Tuesday and they were returned on Friday! Fast and quality work. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Town & Country if you need something reupholstered.
