PIease for the sake of your pet, read all google and yelp reviews. Apparently we are not the only people who have been told that our pet has cancer, when he clearly doesn't. All this clinic is concerned with is money. They will say whatever they need to, so that they can perform unnecessary and tests and surgery. They don't care about what is best for your pet, or providing ethical and conservative treatment. Dr. Brookes is the most unprofessional person that you could ever deal with, and he has no problem letting his clients know that he could care less about what they think or why they are upset. Bringing my business to Towne Center Animal Hospital was the worst mistake.
Town Center Animal Hospital did multiple tests and even an unnecessary surgery.
Area Las Vegas, NV
Cost $1,000 - $2,999

Very nice staff, but my complaint is with the vet s unethical practice. I brought in a puppy who had a UTI and needed a simple round of antibiotics. After the doctor had ran many unauthorized tests that cost me hundreds of dollars, I was handed antibiotics. We had dealt with this issue before with this particular puppy, so no in depth testing was needed, yet they did so with out my permission. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone due to the lack of professionalism.

I'm very disappointed with this clinic, I looked for a reputable vet around my area and decided to try TCAH. My newly rescued dog had an upper respiratory infection which I needed antibiotics for. I took him in for bloodwork just in case ruling out any other complications. The vet told me he had swollen lymph nodes and it is cancer so we should act immediately. Of course hearing my new puppy and the word cancer I want to test and do what I can. Needless to say, it was not cancer, Now of course they wanted to do bloodwork and urinalysis testing, but they did not ask me what I wanted instead they scared me into telling me since it's not cancer he probably has organ failure. They ran many tests that I wasn't even aware of until I got the bill. I finally didn'y have an answer, so I went and talked to another vet clinic and my puppy was diagnosed with kennel cough. The new clinic felt so bad for the hundreds of dollars I shoveled out to TCAH that they gave me a free exam and round of antibiotics. I warn those who use TCAH! Although they have a very friendly staff, they over charge and over treat! Trust your gut and do not allow them to scare you into having more testing done.

Tried to stay with these guys but their constantly unrealistic and money grabbing "due dates" did them in for us. My wife worked for a vet office for years and because of this we are knowledgeable about when certain treatments and vaccines are needed and these people shortened the requirements for everything just to make that extra buck. I never write reviews, but this time I had to.

TCAH is a great place to take your pet. I have a boxer dog that was recently ill, and they took great care of him. I also have a 5 month old baby, and the vet was so nice and even helped me get my dog and baby out to the car, as I only have two hands. Great staff and great care. Thank you TCAH :)

When my puppy was nauseous and lethargic I called Town Center Animal Hospital and they got me in right away for an appointment. They were very thorough in finding what was ailing her. Dr Brooks explained everything that they were doing to help her and after a few days she returned to her normal puppy self. I also received a call from the Dr himself to see how she was doing the very next day. I feel good knowing that she is receiving the very best care possible.

The office manager (Kim) is the most uncaring and rude person I have ever dealt with. We brought our small cat in for a minor injury to her right ankle. We later found out she was fine. After the office manger gave us our bill for $493.00 we almost fainted. We called two other Vets in the area and they said we were "Price Gouged" and charged "Double" what they charge. When I shared this with Kim the office manager she said "Well we look forward to hearing how it goes with your new Vet"and abruptly hung up the phone. This was the worst Vet experience of our life and we would never go back or recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended to this clinic by a friend. The latest state of the art equipment was used to quickly find out what was ailing my older dog. I was impressed. I also brought them a kitten with a rib deformity and they were quick to help figure out a way to help him grow into a kind loving healthy normal cat, who can breathe and purr easily now! I drive 20 minutes away just to make sure my pets only see them!! I have been nothing but impressed with this clinic from day one! They have been compassionate when I had to say goodbye to my pets, as well as life savers (literally) when it was called for it! Great Vets, friendly staff, low prices, happy pets!

I've never experienced such compassion for me and my pets. The doctor takes time to explain everything that is going on with my pet Roxy and why he felt we had two options to care for her condition and help me make the best decision for her. The hospital is clean and they even called me after Roxy came home to follow up and check in on her and it was just so comforting knowing that they are there for us anytime. Thank you for caring so much.
