I hate to do this, but this vet is 0/2 with my pets. They diagnosed my dog with bone cancer 7 months ago. I've been keeping her from playing, walking, stairs, basically anything that any dog instinctly wants to do, based on the diagnosis that she had osteosarcoma and would be passing within 3-6 months. I've also been medicating her on pain pills. Found out today from another dr here that she doesn't have cancer..... Been throwing money and months of her life down the drain mourning her and she just has arthritis. Then there's my cat. Took him in for a physical and blood work as he wasn't eating. Blood work was normal, and even though I mentioned he'd been doing some odd things in his mouth and had horrible breath, the Dr just barely looked and said it was gingivitis. So we did X-rats. They were normal too. Took him back in a couple days later to a different doctor who actually looked in his mouth and saw that he had a horrible infection which appeared to be mouth cancer. The X-rays could have been prevented. We set up a time for euthanasia. When my husband brought him in, he was able to negotiate a biopsy in return for wasted money spend on X-rays. That was on a Thursday of a holiday weekend. They did not send us home with adequate pain medicine for the long weekend. Additionally, my husband had to call the vet 2 desperate times on the following Wednesday to finally get a call back and find out that our cat did have cancer. That is unacceptable. I would to prevent this!!

Doctor Sue and her staff are always wonderful to my cat and have been treating him for years. Whenever there has been an emergency, they have taken him in immediately and provided him with superior care. I would not recommend anyone else other than Town and Country East! They are fabulous!! Stay away from Dr. Good and Town and Country Central!! He abused my cat as a kitten and appeared to be under the influence at the time, which I later found out from police officers I interned with to be true.) I care about the safety and health of all animals!! I highly recommend Dr. Sue of Town and Country East. The vet clinic is very well maintained and among the cleanest I have ever seen!

I've been taking my dogs to this vet for 5 years now. Dr. Sue and her staff are always very kind to my animals and I feel that they are there because they love animals, not for $. Their clinic is clean and well managed and with appointments, you dont have to wait very long. I highly recommend this vet if you are lucky enough to be in the area.

Are open to customizing vaccination schedules based on your dogs history/needs. Do not force yearly vaccinations just for the money. Found a heart murmur in my toy poodle that 3 other vets missed. Have a multi-pet discount of 15% off for 3 or more pets. I have 3 dogs and this makes taking your dog in so much easier when you think something might be wrong because you can afford it. Staff is great with my dogs too.

I have a dog that doesn't board well but she has consistently come home healthy and happy from being boarded at Town and Country East. They care about the animals, the vet is attentive and knowledgeable and she cares about each pet individually.

I have taken my animals to Town & Country East for years. They are wonderful. Diane, Julie and Dr. Sue are the best. Diane has also helped me adopt my 2 Dachshunds. Love them. And their new facility is wonderful.

These folks helped us care for a malnourished, stray cat one of my daughters "adopted". They were very helpful and worked with my daughter to develop a program to help this cat. They did a great job!
