6 times they attempted to correct there misdiagnosis, first they said I had a astigmatism, and ordered the glasses. When the glasses finally arrived I informed them that I could not see very well with them, but was told to take them home and see if they work. Long story short after several attempts they could never get my prescription right and would not give me a refund. I went to an opthamologist on hwy 92 and hey informed me that I did not have an astigmatism and there prescription was right the first time, I would not recommend this office to anyone, worst experience ever and wouldn't even give me a refund

We are glad to hear he now has a result to his liking. We honestly want all of our patients to enjoy good outcomes. From our perspective, "misdiagnosis" and "never get my prescription right" are not appropriate terms. We were very generous to someone who simply has trouble adapting to different progressive lens designs. He purchased one pair of glasses 5-20-2013, let large gaps of time pass before bringing concerns to our attention, and over the next 2+ years we accommodated him with two frames and five best in class progressive lenses, all at no additional cost!
I have been using Dr Keith for over eight years and have been very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, advice and care. His prices on contacts are very competitive which eliminates the need for online or retail shopping. I feel lucky to have him so close to my area.

Terrific people who truly care about your vision needs. I have been a Dr. Keith patient for years. Dr. Keith never makes you feel as though you are number. Top of the line testing makes you feel like your vision needs are completely covered.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Towne Lake Eye Associates. I've been visiting Dr. Keith's office for several years and have always found the service to be quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I brought my 6 year old daughter there for an exam, the lady who did the testing was VERY RUDE!!!!!!! She was not professional AT ALL! She wouldn't let me assist in directing my daughter and therefore she didn't complete 4/5 testing areas. She also made a rude comment as we entered the room, "OH this one is going to be difficult". I will not return to this facility as long as she is employed there. She was very condescending towards me and my child. I did not appreciate her attitude at all. I did have a pleasant experience with Dr. Keith. He is very nice and apologized for my wait. He needs to re-evaluate his staff. I will post my comments on the sites you provided in the email to let other know of my experience.

As a practice, we really emphasize customer service. We all know it can be lacking in healthcare, however our staff is very, very good. We have staff reviews, regular staff meetings and patient surveys to finds ways to improve. We will investigate, however the staff member singled out here is wonderfully kind, a mother herself, and very good with children.
We have been going to Towne Lake Eye Associates since they opened and have been very happy with all of our family eye needs, glasses and contacts. The entire staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.

I started going here because it was supposed to be a great place for customer service and a great doctor. The first is not the case at all, the second is. I had been into the office 1-2 other times and the staff barely takes a moment to look up from their computers to greet you. Fine, I could deal with that...because the doctor was friendly and took lots of time with each patient. Today when I called to get an appointment for some pretty severe seasonal allergy symptoms of the eyes. I was told sorry, the doctor doesn't come in on Wednesday. No more, no less. I thought about it for a few minutes and called back to ask, why that wasn't on their website and why they bother being open if there are no appointments and no doctor in on Wednesdays. They said they could refer me out, but neither place was on my insurance. So best case scenario I would have had to transfer my records somewhere else just for one visit. Instead Im left to either scratch my eyes out for another 24 hours at least or go to an entirely different eye doctor, get a brand new exam. I guess I should have planned 2 days ago to tell my eyes to wait. I understand people need a day off, but have a backup doctor in your office that day, or just be closed. When you are such a great eye doctor, whether you are available when your are needed or not, train your staff to at least be a little more friendly and courteous. I think Im done going here because uncaring staff and poor availability ruined it for me.

We are sorry we couldn't accommodate your request for a same day appointment this time. We typically can, we have doctor coverage 5 days a week with appointments every Saturday. If we can't, we work with other local practices to find help for patients.
Dr. Keith is wonderful and gives a great and thorough exam with all the latest technology. He is VERY knowledgeable and personable. His staff, however, are not as helpful. We had several frustrating interactions with them when trying to order, adjust and pick up our glasses. I will continue to see Dr. Keith but will never buy my glasses there again.

Thanks for the compliment for Dr. Keith, but we are so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your eyeglass experience. Our goal is for every patient to be happy with all areas of their care in our office. Our office manager directly supervises the staff and does a great job. She was "employee of the year" at Marietta Eye Clinic before joining our practice. We survey our patients every month to find ways to improve. The survey results show your experience is not typical. We hope you will give us another chance to earn your trust and business.
Dr. Keith and his staff are friendly and laid back. A very casual office with thorough and cost conscious service! I would recommend anyone to Dr. Keith! ~Katie Swan

Dr. Keith is the best eye doctor I've ever been to! Over the years I've lived all over the East Coast from Buffalo to Atlanta, and he is the most knowledgeable and thorough optometrist I've ever seen.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Keith for over five years now. I know that we can trust Dr. Keith to provide quality knowledgeable care for us in a caring manner. He and his staff work toward growing in their knowledge and what they offer to their patients. I have had 2 eye emergencies, which were treated professional and successfully. I am very happy to recommend them to you!

I have visited Dr. Keith since 1997 and when I moved 25 miles further away, I could not imagine going to any other eye doctor. Now my child and boyfriend go there too. We will travel to see Dr. Keith!
