Had my 2011 F-150 detailed on Wednesday by these guys. They were apparently backed up with the special of the day and it took over 2 hours to detail my truck. The worse was they broke my gas cover lid and when asked what they were going to do to correct the problem management asked "How do we know it wasn't already broken?". The guy detailing my truck said that he opened the gas cover and cleaned around it initially and it worked fine so there should have been no doubt that they did indeed damage it. However, they refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Do not use these guys as they will not stand been their service or problems!!

My husband took my Cadillac SRX in today and later noticed a body part was missing behind the driver's side mud flap. We drove back and asked for our missing part. The attendant knew immediately what we were after and where it was. When we questioned why it was not pointed out at the time of the wash, he said he didn't know anything about it and literally threw the part in my lap and walked away. If he didn't know about it, how did he know exactly where and what it was? No apology, no explanation. We've gone there many times, but never again. Overpriced, too.

My first visit I dealt with Manager Chris. They were out of wax so I brought my own. Instead of just paying me what I paid for it, he wanted to negotiate on the amount of the wax, $2. My second visit he charged me a large vehicle upcharge when I drive the smallest SUV made. I called him to contest and he says "you're calling me about a dollar, seriously, a dollar?" He repeated this line over and over, suggesting that since it's just a SMALL scam charge that I should just let it go. When asked if they charge an upcharge for ALL SUV's he just evaded the question. So it seems that $2 is a big deal to to this guy when he's giving it, but not $1 when he's taking it. They also have no way to contact anyone on their website, except the phone number that gets you...you guessed it....Manager Chris. Ownership needs to have some sort of feedback outlet or they'll just let the employees run this place into the ground.

I got a $20 quick service clean, which included an interior wipe down and vacuum. The $5 wash is great, and I'd been using it awhile. But interior? No, no, no! This car was NOT vacuumed,...sand, dust and loose debris abounded. But that's not the problem. The problem is bringing it back and showing the attendant/mgr, he basically said I added dirt! What? Are you insane? What a bunch of losers. Do NOT trust your car to them,...customer service is 'null and void'.
