I needed several items refurbished on my '96 Lexus ES300, which the shop took care of on as scheduled. However, a small oversight required that I return to the shop twice. Failure to properly set a switch caused my car to overheat and be towed back to the shop the first time. Another item needed replacing on a second visit, which was fixed at a very reasonable price.

Thank you KatzMan for the good rating! ToyoTechs is proud to have the lowest "comeback" rate in the industry- bar none! We would like everyone to know our techs take pride in the job they do and test drive every job. "Bob" our customer, called in the next day to tell us of his concern with his car running to hot. Joe realized the switch that turns on the fan when the car is hot enough was not turning on, as it ran hot while sitting in traffic. To avoid any potential problems he sent a tow truck right out after him, the car went right into the shop, the techs found the plug was not fully engaged. We quickly returned the car with no expense to him. The second item was total coincidence and we did no work in the area of the oxygen sensor. We did, however, have the whole front of the car apart as well as other major services done at that time, so we repaired it at cost. We are only human and tried to make it right for the customer.
I looked into their good reviews online and took my 95 camry having little starting problems. They didn't fix the problem and added unrelated services for several hundreds of dollars. I agree that they receive well and talk nicely, but not worth it when they can't solve my car problem and empty my wallet.

Properly correcting what the customer came in for is job #1. That is the only thing that really matters to the customer, and we understand this. Company policies and procedures are set up to help make sure we accomplish this goal. Part of our policy is that a customer that has a continuing issue with a completed repair is moved to the front of the line to make sure we take care of the issue promptly. The whole team will pitch in if necessary. ToyoTechs can indeed solve any electrical problem but we must be given an opportunity to do so. Fred reviewed some 6 months of electronically stored work orders for 1995 Camry and could not locate who this may be. We want to point out that we have only one ToyoTechs location, inside I-285. There is another shop that is benefiting from our name and possibly two other "Toyo" outside Atlanta that are also not associated with us, we are in Chamblee. We take our skill and integrity to heart and pride ourselves on selling only the work the customer needs, at a fair price. Because of these things we are always busy and our customers are willing to travel and sometimes wait for ToyoTechs to service and repair their cars.
My 4 Runner had been leaking oil for approximately 4 months, progressively getting worse. I was prepared for a $2K+ bill for a main bearing seal being replaced. After checking this website, I decided on ToyoTechs based upon the reviews. Sure enough, the oil leak was only a loose oil filter. ToyoTechs honesty was much appreciated as they could have easily performed unecessary repairs.

If you have a Toyota and you live in Atlanta you should take it to Toyotechs. It is a family run business that always gives great service at a fair price. I have been going there for 15 years and always know what to expect.

Toyotechs and the entire crew there are great, not surprised in the least to see them so highly rated. We have been going to them for about 3 years and we will only drive Toyotas from now on, because we would hate to find another mechanic to replace them. They are down to earth, and don't have the we-know-it-all attitude some other shops have. I've met people in their waiting room that drive 30 - 50 miles to have their cars worked on by Toyotechs.

I have done / can do most repairs on my car. About the only thing I've not done on a car is a major engine or automatic transmission overhaul. I've had several experiences with dealerships and repair shops where I was quoted unnecessary repairs. I had one place quote me a "necessary" repair I'm still driving without almost 5 years later. This repair shop is _the_ only one that has earned my trust, and will continue to get my business.

Had a dealer quote me $5K to get my car back on the road, wanted to install new manual transmission, etc., or perhaps just wanted to sell me a new car. Had it towed to ToytoTechs which was abot 60 miles from where it broke down. Bottome line, it needed a new clutch and mounts, out the door for less than $1300. It now runs beautifully. These professionals do great work and only fix what is needed. They show concern for your financial well being along with your vehicle's status. If you have a Toyota or Lexus don't go anywhere else.

I am so pleased with my visit (30,000 mile service) to ToyoTechs. Their estimate for the service was right in line with what I paid (which was reasonable), their service time was what they said it would be, and they were honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My RAV4 runs like a dream and I will feel comfortable and confident to return there in the future.

These guys are probably great for minor and major repairs--a great alternative to the dealerships. However, after my last oil change, I had to return due to an oil leak. Three months later, my wife has her very first oil change in her new Highlander. Next day, oil is on the garage floor. The oil pan screw is loose enough to tighten with my fingers. She returns and they apologize and fill up her oil. Later that day, I call to speak with the owner and no one in the shop informed him of the incident (either one). Very sloppy and potentially dangerous. Who is doing the low skill work there and who is overseeing them?

Wow! We really blew this one. Fred thinks its like getting hit by lightning, twice. We Are Truly BUSY at times, over 400 cars a month. No good excuses here. ToyoTechs is, at least, fully insured for accidents inside our shop and for all work we do.
These guys are great! They are honest and dependable. Their prices are reasonable and they won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Also, they told be about some minor problems, and how urgent each one was, since I was on a budget and couldn't afford to do all of them at once. I highly recommend ToyoTechs!!!

I stumbled onto this website while looking for an auto repair shop. Toyotechs ad caught my eye because I own a Toyota. I called, took it right in was out within 1 1/2hrs.Not only was the service quick but even more shocking AFFORDABLE!Quality mechanics who practice good workmanship are few and far between. I recommend Toyotechs, highly!
