Your sales staff has gone way above and beyond to ensure that I as a customer walked away happy. Bernard was incredibly accommodating and courteous. Renee has seen the most valuable salesperson I have ever had for any car transaction. Toyota of Poway customer service blows me away!!

Toyota of Poway worked to give us a great deal!! Jr. went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal we could. He is compassionate, honest, and kind. We would recommend Toyota of Poway, and especially Jr. McDonald to everyone!

If you are looking for a Toyota keep on driving past this place, whatever it takes. The sales people are liars and specifically target women thinking they do not know any better. The managers are even worse and are borderline criminal in their un savory tactics to sell the product. If the car is so great does are all the pressure tactics really necessary? Drive on to any other dealer. They have also been reported to the BBB on several occassions.

I went there for service... They took double the time that they promise. Nobody cares to give you more information on detials of inspection or anything... Even when i asked, i waited and i didn't get a response... I dropped an email to service direction.. Guess what.. no reply from him either. worst service for what they charge....

I did have an initial problam trying to get information on the phone. but a visit to the showroom changed that. I bought my truck at the price I wanted. I liked them so much I brought my mom in for her new Matrix a couple of months later. They were great!!

I spoke several times with Dean M, a new car sales rep. We agreed, in detail, on the model and options I wanted and the price. I reconfirmed each detail on 3 different calls. When I arrived at the appointed time, he said he did NOT have the model with options we had agreed upon. However, blah blah bait and switch. he had Napolean, the manager, try to pressure me too. What a waste of time.

The service that we have received from Poway Toyota on warranty work on my 2004 Tacoma is terrible. We had the truck in 3 times under warranty because the air conditioner doesn't work when the outside temperature is hot (above 85 degrees, when you need it!) and they keep saying there is nothing wrong with it. The last time it was in was right before the warranty was up, and they still didn't fix it. We have tried contacting the service manager but he will not return our calls. We have even contacted the district manager, and are not getting any response from Poway Toyota. We will never take any of our Toyotas to Poway Toyota for service again, as we don't trust the quality of their service.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stopped by there today looking for a 2007 camry. The sales guy showed up after a while and showed me the car. When I asked for a test ride, he asks me " would you buy the car today?". I said I am not sure and I am just starting to look. His answer then was OK, we can't give you a test ride. We want to know if you will buy. This to me was quite bizzarre and never had experience this with any other car dealer anywhere else in US. It's a very bad customer service and reflects sheer arrogance. How many of you decide to buy a car even before you have test driven it? I will complain this to toyota HQ as well as BBB. By way of reviews, if I can dissuade few potential buyers from going to this dealership, it's enough penalty for these rude, insensitive guys.

I just bought a car from them at the Qualcomm Tent sale. They are so great, they presented me with I deal I could not refuse. Everyone there super friendly. I walk away with a beautiful car and not feeling like I was ripped off! Love em

We had to take our Camry in for its 100,000 mile check-up, knowing that there were several minor repairs that would need to be done. Minor, meaning that the car would not stop running if they weren't completed. The service guy gave us the list and the approximate costs for each repair. He even gave them to us in order of importance, indicating that the needed tires could be purchased elsewhere cheaper. Not too many places do THAT anymore! Thanks for a great experience!

Poway Toyota's service department is terrible. Repairs and service's have always taken twice as long as they tell you. On more than one occasion, I have gone for an oil change (which is supposed to take 30 minutes or less or it's FREE) and I have sat there for up to 1.5 hours. When asked if I get a free oil change, they said they wouldn't honor that policy because I came on a busy day! Even though I live within a few miles of this dealership, I would gladly drive to a different Toyota dealer for service.

I have had warranty work and routine work done on my corolla. They have a nice waiting area, you pull up, the write up the paperwork. They are always friendly, professional and don't feel like they are trying to rip me off. Paying is always fast. No appt for oil changes and they have saturday hours.
