i agree with the other review they should not be in buisness DO NOT USE THEM they are unprofessional they have no people skills and never call you back but get your personal infor i am going to turn them in to bbb mark and chris need to get in a different buisness because they don't know what they are doing in this one i give them no stars if i could they ask us for our banking account number if you go to them dont give it out you are not suppose to

I wish that I could give them a negative star. My experience with this company was HORRIBLE. I have never seen such an unprofessional, unorganized business. They have awful people skills and treat their employees and business relationships with disrespect. I finally decided to go with a different company after getting the run around from Trademark. I dealt directly with Chris (one of the "main" guys) he never returned my calls when he was supposed to, which put my loan on hold. I was not able to close the loan due to his behavior, even after 53 days. The mortgage company that I decided to go with closed my loan within 5 days after I went switched. I was warned by a family member not to use Trademark due to their bad experience with them. I shouldn't have wasted my time.
