If you are looking for customer service keep looking. Bob Nixon is RUDE, and nasty NEVER buy from them.

Worst Business I have EVER worked with!!!!!
I want to warn all consumers out there about this business. If you value customer service you will keep looking. I have never been treated so rudely in my life, this company did NOT deliver on time, which caused my wedding cake to be delayed and cost me money, and the customer service rep, Bob Nixon, had the nerve to advise me and I quote "You will not be receiving a refund. You got your shells, you used them. End of story. Now get over yourself." The chocolate was not that good, and the service was the worst EVER. Please be warned. Thank you and buy at your own risk.
