Never Buy Again
Will never buy another trailer from TrailersPlus or recommend them to anyone. They sell poorly made products that they do not stand behind. The trailer I bought started its problems with a short in the wiring which would blow the fuse in my truck and a leaking roof with only the wiring being repaired by them under warranty. The biggest problem with the trailer though, was it wore out the passenger side tire in about 2000 miles. This was cause by a bent axle on the trailer. TrailersPlus would do nothing to fix this problem and kept pushing it off on the axle manufacturer. Axis products who manufactured this axle would not repair it because they said they were not responsible for it because the damage was caused by me hitting a curb. However, I have never hit anything with the trailer and will have to pay to replace the axle and tire myself. TrailersPlus did offer to sell me a new axle though.

Will not stand behind products
Purchased new enclosed trailer June 2009. In July 2011, after using it only 5 times for 6500 miles, noticed tires worn out, needed replacing. Took to Pat Rogers Hitches, inspected trailer & found shackle bolts installed too tight at factory, frozen suspension prevented it from moving, causing premature tire wear. Contacted Trailers Plus at the local office & the corporate office number. Local office called stated normal tire wear is 6500 miles. Would not replace tires or pay for service work. Would not buy from them. Won't stand behind their product.

Great Experience at Trailers Plus
I went in last Thursday looking for a trailer for my motorcycles. I came in after seeing an advertisement on Craigslist I came in. The salesman, Michael, was patient with me and explained the differences between the different trailers. He let me decide what one I wanted and worked hard to get me financed!
Will be back if I need another one!
