Excellent people, personalized attention, and drastic improvement. Training with Jake was one of the best decisions i ve made during my time living in Austin. I have trained at other institutions similar to crossfit, but it does not even compare. I have learned how to properly use weights without hurting myself and maximize my results with a flexible nutrition plan. Jake is extremely passionate about what he does and i highly recommend him as a trainer

I've been taking Jakes class for a few months now. Definitely worth the price... and not just because its affordable (he offers lots of discounts and incentives)! It can be hard to get up so freakishly early sometimes (my class starts at 5:15am), but by the time class is over, I am ready to take on the day. The best thing about working with Jake is the personal attention you get. It's not one-on-one like personal training at a gym, but the classes are small and there is always a lot of feedback. I recommend Jake's classes to anyone looking to add something new to their fitness routine. He offers a one-week trial - so there is no excuse not to give it a try!

Jake's bootcamp is an easy & fun way to get in shape. I got results quicker than I expected because Jake is VERY knowledgable & keeps group size small for lots of individual attention. If you're looking for a great way to do a solid fitness program on a budget, do what I did. Try this bootcamp and add individual sessions as you can. You won't be sorry!
