Started service in July 2014 - now in December 2014 they have missed pick up 4 times. Most recently missed Thanksgiving and now missed Christmas. Our typical pick up is on Thurs. so with holidays the Thurs routes would be done on Friday...but after the second holiday with no pick up and many calls, I assume they just skip you if your pickup is on a holiday. This means you get to spend your holiday dealing with overflowing two week old trash with extra holiday trash. In addition to dealing with the trash issues, I have had to call 16 times (totaling more than 3 hours on the phone). Each time they promise to send someone and never do, but after the second missed pickup they did offer to "credit" us for the missed pickups. That credit should have show up on this billing cycle - it didn't and after Christmas more promises of credits but I'm assuming we will never see the 4 total credits for the months worth of missed pickups since we are canceling. If you want to pay for 6 months of service and only receive 5 months of service, spend literally hours on the phone begging Trash Taxi to provide the service you paid for, and deal with over flowing trash (which btw stray dogs love, but I promise your neighbors do not!)then this is the service for you! I have been a Trash Taxi customer for just under a year now, and have to say that they gave done a great job and everytime I call i get a real person on the phone. In todays technology days it is a rarity to get that. I have and will continue to reccomend these guys.

I am a new in town and a new customer. The Trash Taxi had a can out to my house within a week- the lady on the phone was very friendly! I also looked around and the price is great- plus they offer recycling!

Started service on June 4th. They were quick to charge my credit card but skipped my house for 2 weeks. Picked up one week as scheduled, then skipped me the next 3!!! I have placed a total of 6 phone calls and 2 emails in the last 6 weeks. Where is my trash? Still sitting by the road awaiting pickup exactly where it has been for the last 21 days! They 'supposedly' have my refund check in the mail.....

These guys are absolutely awful. Liberty Disposal should not have switched me to these guys, they did not pick up my trash on FOUR separate occasions in the 6 months they have been handling it. And don't think about cancelling with them either because if you happen to leave even a newspaper in it they will dump in on your lawn. God willing this business will go under soon for such behavior.

I have been a Trash Taxi customer for a few weeks now. They made the switch over so easy and came out the next day to pick up my garbage that my former company didn't pick up for two weeks. They always seem to go that extra mile for their customers. I could not be more happy with the service I get from them!
