DO NOT USE - Quoted me a price and after arriving told me it would be $1,0000 more. Company walked off the Job after I told them to honor price. I am in the contracting business and this takes the cake on absurd practices. I had 4 companies bid this work for me and all within a few hundred dollars. If you hire this company, you deserve what you get.

The Tree Tailors really know their stuff! They communicated very well with us, and went above and beyond my expectations. All work performed was as promised and their attention to detail really stood out the most! Also, they did an immaculate job of cleaning up my yard and driveway after the work. If anyone had any complaints about these guys I would be highly surprised

Don't be rediculous! I have absolutely no reason to post anything but the truth about ANY company that performs a job or service. You were NOT honest, and you did not do as you promised. Your quote included stump grinding which you never told us you subcontract this part out to another company. Then you stated it would costs more than quoted and you would send someone out but you never did send anyone out nor did anyone ever call us. Stick to the facts!! If you are disappointed in my remarks perhaps you should do what you promised and a honest job. We hired another company to finish a job YOU should have performed. THree guys looking to make a fast buck is what your company consists of so I may have gotten ripped off by you once but never again.

These guys were awesome! Friendly, fast, affordable, hard-working and just all around stand-up guys. They took down my huge dead tree for less money than most of the people who quoted the job. Plus they left my yard just as they found it. They came out and quoted the job one week and took the tree down next. They come highly recommended.

Crew worked hard and as a team. Knew what they were doing. Did difficult tree removal without damaging landscape and left yard clean. Listened well to my needs, questions and concerns and educated me during the process. I highly recommend this company. They gave me professional service with good value. You will find their price competitive but their service is exceptional.

We were referred to Tree Tailors and were very happy with the work performed. It took a few weeks from quote date to work date, but they are a busy company during storm season. We did not have an emergency situation, but wanted to get some trees taken out so we wouldn't be in a situation of having a fallen tree taken out. We were quoted for 3 pines, and even had a few smaller trees taken out at no extra cost. Did a great job with the cleanup and only had minimal cosmetic damage to the lawn.

Everything about the process was easy. Within 48 hours of our initial call, we had an on-site consultation followed by a price quote that was more than fair. Once my husband and I were ready for the work to happen, we called and they scheduled it immediately. Sims and his crew did a beautiful job of removing the two huge limbs hanging directly over my house. How they managed to bring down each piece without hitting the fence or the house I will never know. Sims took the time to explain the entire cutting process so that I (and my neighbor -- who happens to own the tree) understood everything completely before making the first cut. When they left, the branches gone, the yard and street were clean and the crew was still just as pleasant as the moment they started.

Had an estimate by Dustin which was the best price I had gotten. Sims and another worker showed up a week later after schedulling and said they couldn't do the job as was estimated. The lesson here is to always have the climbers give the estimates. Four Seasons did the job for even less than the Tree Tailors estimate so it turned out good in the end for us. Tree Tailors wasted our time.

I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. However, your tree was leaning at an almost 45 degree angle with some of the most severe splitting at the bottom that i have seen on a tree that is still standing on its own. The tree could not be simply cut at the bottom because it would have struck your home and 2 fences, as i explained. I recommended the use of a crane to ensure a safe removal for everyone but as i explained the price would have been significantly higher, though my profit margin would not. I agree with you that my sales rep, Dustin, probably should have contacted me on his original inspection to get me to come out and give a second opinion, however the extent of the damage to the trees base was not plainly visible and was only determined at the end of a 50foot walk in full tree climbing gear down a valley though waist/chest high kudzu vines to the trees base on the scheduled service date. I am happy you were able to find another company to do it cheaper that you ended up happy with, however i will never put my life or the lives of my employees at undue risk no matter how it makes Tree Tailors look on kudzu.com. - Sims Acuff ISA Certified Arborist
These people were great!!!! Dustin came out to give me an estimate on removing one dead tree in my front yard. He was on time and listened carefully to what I wanted done. 1) Remove dead tree 2)do not injure any live trees next to dead tree and 3) cut wood into fireplace length pieces and stack. He quoted me a fair price and I called him back to schedule the job. The crew showed up on time. They were polite and professional. Also did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company. No problems at all. Thanks, Tree Tailors!!!!!
