Took out multiple trees in consecutive years, 6/27/2013

Easy to schedule (though they can get busy). Do what they say they will. Don't leave debris other than agreed upon chips and such in agreed upon spots.

Worst Tree Company, 5/24/2013

I paid 4600 for 13 trees to be removed in my front yard and a few other trimmings. Jason, when negotiating the overall price, said he needed to charge 50 dollars per stump to grind them. You do the... math: I paid 650 dollars just for stump grinding. However, they did not do a good job grinding the stumps, and I wonder if the stumps were ground at all. They covered the stumps with a lot of wood chips, generated by grinding the tree trunks, and each stump turns out to be a little hill on my yard. Because I never had trees removed before, I thought the height of the stumps left was way they were supposed to be. However, now I am contracting a company to put grass on my front yard and they cannot do it because the stumps are all over the place. Although he said he was going to see what he could do, he never even once called me when he said he would. I called him 3 different times and texted a few other times, and not even ONCE he got back to me. I should warn you that if you think what they did was fair and you still decide to do work with TreesXpert after reading this review, make sure you get the stump grinding with another company, since they just pocket the money and don't seem to do a good job of grinding - or maybe don't do the grinding at all.. I wasn't home to see them doing the job most of the time (I was at work), so I can't say for sure if they really did some grinding or not. I will have to pay AGAIN to have my stumps removed!!!!!!!!!

Good value for money

Effectively and efficiently cut and removed 6 large pines and two smaller ornamentals. Two large trees required precision felling, one to avoid the house and the other to avoid the neighbor's property. Performed service according to agreement. Good clean up.

Not dependable

They were not dependable. They did not follow through, did not return phone calls. Gave me the run around & I found out they were going to contract out my job to another company because their crews went up north to work. The owner & the sales person (who was nice) could not get their stories straight. I canceled before they did the work
