I have been going to TreeHouse Animal Clinic for several years now. I highly recommend them. The clinic is run professionally. The doctors are not only excellent, but caring. The clinic is staffed... adequately. The staff, too, is very professional and compassionate. I have been in Atlanta for over 25 years now and have used several vets over the years and Treehouse is without a doubt my favorite. Just love them. You will not be disappointed.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I have been going to this clinic for seven years now, primarily just for yearly checkups for my cat. In Feb 2013, my 13-year-old siamese was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Dr. Jamie Partido was... amazing throughout this process. She took the time to speak with me whenever I called with a question about my cat's declining health and was amazing when I had to make the final decision. After his death, I received a card with a lovely hand-written note from Dr. Partido and it meant all the world to me. Now I have two kittens and Dr. Partido is their primary vet. The service at this clinic is wonderful and the vets/staff are always so loving of the pets. After my experiences here, I would recommend this place to anyone with a pet!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I have used various Vets in Atlanta and Treehouse has been the best find. The Doctors and their team are great. They are great with our dog and were compassionate when our cat was sick and passed. A good friend of mine moved across town and she still brings her pets over to Treehouse!

Dr White and Staff have given exceptional care to my two cats. Changed to Treehouse Animal Clinic several years ago and have had outstanding service each time we are there. Dr. White is knowledgeable, caring and very understanding. I would recommend this animal clinic to all owners and their pets for they will be in great hands!

Thank you so much for trusting us with the care of your cats!
Thank you for the nice compliment!
We were referred to Treehouse by a family member whose dog was diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago, and after being given only a few short months to live, he is still alive and kicking due to the tremendous care of Treehouse! We moved to Marietta a year ago and tried out a vet there. We learned our lesson, and now make the drive to Treehouse every single time!

We understand that convenience is important and appreciate that you make the commute!
We have been extremely pleased with Treehouse! The staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable. They've always been able to fit me in when an emergency arises, and I always leave confident knowing that we're in good hands. Plus, they send helpful reminders of timely visits and vaccines so my dogs continually receive the best care.

Thank you for trusting in our doctors and staff to provide the best possible care for your pet.
I went to this animal clinic because it was near my residence, and I stayed because of uniformly good treatment of me and my dogs. Dr. Hugh White always spends plenty of time examining them and talking with me about them. It is a pleasure to have a real relationship with a caring doctor and staff.

The two main vets here, Dr. White and Dr. Lipinski, are outstanding. They take lots of time and give careful attention to your pets. The downside of the clinic is that they are very expensive. I have consistently found their prices to be much higher than other vet clinics, but I keep coming back because of Dr. White especially. I have a single, self-employment income and it is very difficult for me financially to continue using them, but I want the best care for my special needs dog. The front desk staff are not always that friendly, one person in particular, but again....I think the vets are tops and that is what is most important.

We LOVE the Treehouse Animal Cinic! We have taken our black lab (and now our two year old rescue dog) to Treehouse for over 11 years now and we LOVE everyone who works there! My husband and I were shocked when we read a recent review by someone who was clearly pretending to be us! The man who wrote about "his" dog being lost in the back is lying as he wrote about an incident that happened to my dog...who was not lost!! My dogs LOVE staying at the Treehouse and we have never had any bad experiences. Yes, there was a mix-up when we picked up our babies after the 4th of July but we were not concerned at all. Our lab was playing outside with several other black labs...and they brought out the wrong one...it was not a big deal. And, we have been in the back rooms and outside where the dogs play. They don't have anything to hide. Half the time, my twin daughters run back there to get our dogs! No one minds. The doctors are warm and friendly towards us and our dogs. Even our children enjoy our visits to the Treehouse! The fact that this man..and I know who he is as he was the only other guest there when we were picking up our dogs..posed as us and wrote such negative things infuriates me! Please know that this is a wonderful practice that is full of professional people who love animals. I am a crazy over-protective mom to my children and dog "children." I always feel good when I leave our dogs at the Treehouse as I now they are in good hands. Thank you! :)

We have been going to Treehouse Animal Clinic for the past 10 years. Dr. Hugh White is the best Veterinarian we have seen. He takes his time and explains in detail what is going on – we have a Diabetic Male Border Collie (Moe) and Dr. White has explained this disease to us so we know what to expect so we can keep Moe as healthy as possible. Dr. White is never in a hurry and he spends as much time with you as you need. Dr. White’s demeanor with our animals is such a comfort to them. The first time our shy/scared female Chow Shepherd Mix (Sammi) met him she took to him right away – that had never happened before. At other vet places, she would always run away and hide and it would take two of us to get her out from where she was hiding. Dr. White even came to our house to euthanize her which made it so much easier on her (and us). He treats our dogs like they are his own. Dogs know good people when they meet them. The staff is excellent and display top notch customer service skills. They care about animals and it shows in the compassionate way they do their jobs. You see the same faces day in and day out – they get to know you and your pets. Treehouse is a little pricey but what veterinarian office worth its weight in gold is cheap? You get what you pay for!!!!

Wow.I wish I had read these reviews before I boarded my poor dogs at Treehouse. We boarded them over fourth of July and when we went to pick them up the person at the front desk called to the back for someone to bring them up. He brought up one of our dogs and brought up a second one that wasn't our dog!! What the he--? Our two dogs were supposed to be boarded in the same cage. He said that this strange dog was in the same cage as ours!! Then when he went back to get OUR dog it took him FOREVER!! About 10-15 minutes! My whole family were wondering what was going on?? I understand they have a lot of boarders but this is ridiculous! I told the girl who kept running back and forth in a panic (I think they called her Ann) that I would come back there and look for our dog but she ignored me as if she didn't want us back there. What do they have to hide? She finally came up with our dog and said our dog was marked under the wrong name.WHAT??!! I can only imagine what other mistakes they make back there. After reading these reviews it seems they make quite a few.I will tell everyone not to board their pets at Treehouse if they want to make sure they get the right pet back!!

Am constantly amazed at how much time they spend with you here. If only human docs were this way. Last time I was there we spent about 25 minutes with the Vet. He was very thorough and walked through so many options for my Westie's allergy issues. Very glad Treehouse was recommended to us!

I've been using Dr. Carol Lapinksy for almost 13 years for 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have special needs animals and Carol has always been sensitive to their needs as well as attentive and caring at all times. She goes the extra mile everytime. A true indicator of a loving, caring animal person is seen from my animals' eyes. They love Carol and her staff and are never scared to visit. We call Dr. Carol Lapinsky, Aunt Carol, because she is much more than a Vet. She truly loves our animals and cares for them genuinely. She is always professional and resourceful in finding ways to help you and your animals' needs. I highly recommend Treehouse Animal Clinic to anyone who is looking for a top notch team who puts the animals and their owners first. We love Carol and her team and hope that anyone looking for this type service contacts Treehouse first.

I have taken my pets to other animal clinics in Atlanta for a long time and Treehouse's prices are astronomically too expensive. I always have to wait a long time when I make an appointment--they clearly have no regard for anyone's time but their own. I switched to another clinic close by and I receive better care and customer service. I suggest you do the same.

Treehouse seemed great when we were just doing well visits. But when our cat got sick, her sufferring was prolonged by their continued misdiagnosis. They seemed to care, I just don't think they had enough feline knowledge to be able to handle a complex issue.
