Good Experience.
This is the 2nd year I utilized Trees Plus services. John was extremely patient with me when he came out to give me a quote. I had several questions, some of which did not pertain to the trees I wanted removed. He gave great advice and didn't rush me at all. I handled the quote part and my husband was home when they came to do the work. Of course some stuff was lost in translation b/w me and hubby so there were a few missed items. No problemo. The crew came back out to handle it with no questions asked. Ann Marie (scheduling) is a sweetie too; very professional and consistent follow up.

The Very BESTTree folks
I've used this company twice and both the Arborist-Walter who quotes the job, the office lady, and especially the tree crew are fantastic. They are safe, efficient and can take down a tree without damaging ANYTHING even my daphne bush which was touching 2 trees they removed. Not a single leaf was hurt on the daphne! They clean everything up, and except for the missing trees, I could not tell anyone had been in my yard. I would never use anyone else and have recommended them to all my friends.

Unprofessional
They gave me a 2hr window an made the appt a week in advance. At the end of the window they finally called and said they'd be another 1.5 hrs. Great choice if you have nothing but time on your hands to sit at home.

How a Company Should Treat Its Customers
Trees Plus recently removed 5 trees for me, and I am pleased in every respect. The job was made more complicated by their having to reach the trees from a neighbor's backyard and to remove large sections of my privacy fence. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up afterward, and best of all, put my fence back exactly as it was before they came. Ann Marie, John Akins, and the whole removal crew made the entire experience a pleasure. You might find a cheaper tree company, but you will be much happier with Trees Plus!

Don't be tricked. Terrible way to do business.
Unbelievable, this company. Alan visited for an estimate. Spent 5 minutes, provided cost, hands me a piece of paper to sign. No explanation. Sign it thinking it is an estimate. Decided to use another service, so when they call back to schedule, I ignore the calls. Call Alan stating that I chose another company and to give me a call to negotiate. Never hear back. Then, I receive an invoice for $176, copy of the “contract” that I signed with the section on the bottom highlighted saying that by signing this piece of paper I am agreeing to the services. Cancellation results in a charge of 20%. Speak with Barbara, the owner, to explain that at no point did Alan make it clear that he was handing me a contract to sign and that if I cancelled I would be assessed a fee. Right off the bat she goes into her nothing we can do speech because I signed the paper. Said I should have read the piece of paper before I signed it. Says I can take it to court. I’m irate. Stupid me. I know I signed the paper and that binds me, but I was misled. Terrible business practice to do business this way and have no idea what customer service is about. At some point you need to do right thing based on common sense and ignore what it says on the piece of paper. Will never use them and will never recommend them.

We do not, in any way, try to "trick" our customers. Our cancellation policy is clearly stated directly below the signature line of the "Contract/Agreement". Had he communicated accordingly when we called several times to schedule the work, we would have been understanding. Over a period of two weeks, we left messages with no response. He also had used our service in the past, so there was obviously a clear understanding of our business ethic.
