Always There When You Need Them
I have used Brian for years and have never had to worry that my calls will be answered or that he will be there usually that day and sometimes within the hour. This group is very dependable and will stick with it until they find the issue. I have had some major issues with two different programs and Brian and Jason have hung in there and gotten us through them. I would not use any one else and would recommend them to anyone needing service on an existing system or needing to set one up.

great service
great service! Unlike most IT companies I was able to contact real people who helped me with my problem without repeating myself to an answering machine. I highly recommend Tri-State Data to anyone that has any IT or networking issues. They were reliable and affordable.
