I'm not a man of many words but when I called they sent a guy out and he was able to figure out what was wrong with my system in a reasonable amount of time. He went over the problem and showed me, he then took the time to let me know about some other products that I did not know existed. I was impressed with process as I chose what I wanted done, he had the part for my unit on his truck and was able to fix it that day. I will continue to use Trinity Air in the future. Thank you. Donald

After careful consideration, I have come to the understanding that Trinity's employees have posted some of these optimistic reviews. One of the salesman came to my house and made me feel very pressured. I was very dissatisfied, and did not feel comfortable with them at all. They seemed like they were more about trying to sell me then worrying about what my problems were. After speaking with some friends, they recommended calling another company. Apparently, Trinity has a long line of dissatisfied customers. Honesty, integrity and professionalism - on their logo - is bull crap.

High end thermostat froze up while under warranty. Despite having an annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement with Trinity, they still charged me for service call AND labor to replace thermostat under warranty. I called to complain and I was told it was really the part manufacturer's responsibility and not theirs which why they had to charge labor. In my opinion, the labor should be covered by the service call charge.

I will never use this company again. I have problems with my duct work and they constantly want to sell me something else. The work that has been done is sub par at best. If you can find anyone else do so. Each time I called I was given the run around, or hung up on. Than when I call the manufacture of the unit they tell what is wrong with the unit. Trinity Air is best left alone and should be out of business.

After using a local one guy operation who could not get my system to work I called on Trinity Air. They came out the next day and within 30 minutes the cool air was blowing! The other guy missed a basic repair and forgot to put a piece back on. Excellent service guy. Only gripe was the hard sell on a maintenance plan I did not want.

I have been a customer of Trinity Air for 5 years now. Their proffesionalism continues to impress me year after year. In addition to installing my heating and air system and servicing it annually, they recently installed new insulation in my home. They once again exceeded my expectations. OUTSTANDING!

I've been a satisfied Trinity Air customer at home for years. Recently, we had a problem at work and called them. They responded quickly and professionally. Will recommend Trinity Air to my friends and family!

I had an air conditioning unit that has been out of service for a few years now. I decided just to put in some window units and deal with it because our schedules didn't have my wife, kids or I home during the daytime anyways. The office staff at Trinity was very friendly and informative on what to expect for my first visit. They took the time to answer all questions I had without annoyance. Patrick was the technician that came out to my house and ran a diagnostic on my unit. I found out that I needed to replace a few parts and even though I hadn't realized it these parts were still under warranty. Trinity allowed options for me to get my repairs done with a reasonable financing plan to cover the cost of labor on my repairs. Also while at my house Patrick looked over every detail of my unit and the attic areas giving me recommendations, some which I could do myself, to help with my energy costs. I appreciate the confidence Trinity has given me in knowing that there are still companies who don't just try to get your money, but they are willing to repair if able and offer replacements when it is necessary. Thanks, Nate Starks

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at Trinity Air. On June 1, 2010, the heat pump unit at my house failed. On June 2nd I contracted with Trinity Air to install a new Rheem air handler and heat pump system based on what I had read in regards to their reliability and customer support. On June 8th the installation of the equipment was started and completed within 2 days. When the Trinity technician came to start up the unit it was discovered that both the air handler and the heat pump were defective. The Trinity Air technician contacted the Rheem representative directly to work on rectifying the situation. The Rheem representative responded rapidly to the situation and working in conjunction with the staff at Trinity Air, both units were repaired or replaced the next day and were operating correctly. The entire staff at Trinity Air from the salesman to the technician and from the installers to the scheduler, went out of their way to address the issue and "make it right". They understand the meaning of the phrase "customer service" and their actions set the standard for their industry. It is refreshing to find an organization that still emphasizes this method of operating.

While Trinity Air is not the cheapest company around, I feel like paying a little more was worth it. The technician was polite and explained every question I asked (AND I DID ASK ALOT!) The office was friendly, and I was very pleased overall with the service. For me, it is more important to pay a little extra for good service than it is to get a cheap deal in exchange for cheap service. I would recommend them to friends.

Beware of Trinity Air Conditioning's "flat rate pricing". Sounds good unless the cost of your repair is significantly less than their flat rate. Trinity estimated my repair at over $600.00. The actual cost of the part and labor would have been less than $200.00. Don't be fooled, make sure you know what you are paying for.

I bought a new unit at a decent price that works well but it seems that whenever serviced, they want to SELL me something else and not service what I have. I will look for another service company in the future.
