Nathan will tell you how lazy you are and get you motivated unless you get sick.

If you say- get cancer or have lupus and tell him about it then he'll tell you you're negative. He'll also tell you that you deserve it because you bring into your life what you have put out as though illness is something you deserve. Guess what- sick people tend to feel bad and cry a lot - especially during chemo and horrible life changes. Also- everyone dies. And everyone gets sick. And no one NO ONE deserves to suffer. Not even people who shouldn't be doing "self-help" but just stick to fitness for healthy people.

Meanwhile- he spam mailed everyone at the gym to get us to defend him b/c someone "smeared him" here at kudzu. But when I pointed out that I was sick he told me I was "too negative for him" and told me never to speak to him again. And then deleted me from facebook and his site. So I no longer get spammed.

Don't go here unless you wish to be abused. And heaven help you if you get sick half way though - you will NOT get your money back.

Yet - somehow Nathan is ALWAYS the victim. He's NEVER the bully and he is NEVER wrong or unkind or mean or ugly to other people. It's very strange that he doesn't consider what HE is attracting to HIS life.

I asked a question online regarding the gym and not only did the question never get answered, but I got spammed from giving them my email address. When I tried to contact again to ask them to stop, the manager called me and actually INSULTED me on the phone!!!!! I will never go to this gym again. WOW. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm the girl that makes a new fitness goal every couple of months, but never seems to stick with any of themuntil now. Trinity was the answer for me. I have been participating in the kick boxing classes for 4 months, and I can't seem to get enough. Trinity is a non-threatening gym. It almost feels like a familyand it feels great to be a part of all that's going on. Not only is it a positive environmentthey get results! I have lost 2 sizes in 4 months. This is the best fitness experience I have ever stumbled in toI would recommend it to anyone.

I've been working out with Trinity's owner, Nathan Nowak, for the past three years. He and the other kickboxing teachers offer friendly, fun, varied classes that never get boring although I won't kid you, they're hard! But that's the point. Trinity balances very effective workouts with a family-type atmosphere that encourages every student to reach her personal best. It's great to be doing a kicking drill or some other maneuver and hear other students cheering for you! Trinity is more than just a gym. It's a place where I sweat with friends. Excellent equipment, great music, and most of all the wonderful people make Trinity my gym of choice for life.
