READ CONTRACT CAREFULLY- SHADY!!!!!
BEWARE OF THE CONTRACT !!!! READ CAREFULLY Although you are often required to give 30days notice when cancelling a membership and this is accepted practice. This gym as a REAL SPECIAL and unusual twist to this requirement, and is very easy to miss in reading the contract. Not only must you give 30days notice prior to cancelling, but you must give 30days notice prior to their charging your credit card, which is required to with autopay. So although I gave actually 45 days notice, as I was moving out of state, TRINITY kept my pre-payment for the next month since they had two days prior my notice charged my credit card in advance for my monthly payment to the gym. And others have mentioned, Nathan and his mother were rude and uncooperative. They were not willing to listen and only offered me some one on one training after several communications via email and phone calls which went unanswered for weeks by Nathan. At this point I had to move within three days, and did not have time to go get the training they offered. I also tried to get the refund via credit card, AMEX said after researching the matter, that the contract was clear and although not good practice for consumer, it had to stand. SO READ CAREFULLY and hope you only have good experiences here.
