I called Trio to remove leaves from my yard. Jean came out, quoted $100, and then gave me a bill for $140 stating that he didn't realize that I wanted him to remove the leaves as well as rake them up. A second time, I had him over for another job. I was quoted $120, then presented with a bill for $180 because the job was "harder than expected and took longer." For both jobs, Jean was late in arriving and was here with a crew of one less than 2 hours. We decided to give him one more chance. We had him quote a moderate landscaping job with materials. He quoted $750, which was a little steep but we agreed, assuming the materials were going to be that pricey. ON the day he was to do the job, he did not arrive until after 2:00. He brought one helper, who he left alone here, and came back a couple hours later. They said they would finish the job the next morning. Arrival was after 3 PM the next day and after 2 more hours, I was presented with a bill for $895. The receipts for materials totaled less than $350. We refused to pay above the first estimate. Quality of workmanship was very poor and he did not do the things he told us he would do. DO not use this company!

I called Trio a month ago and was given an estimate over the phone for $40. When they showed up, they promptly revised the estimate (upon seeing my yard) to $65, which I thought was a little steep, but they were already there and I wanted the work done so I agreed. The cut was acceptable.

I then scheduled Trio for another service, and they invoiced me for $65. However, when the team arrived to cut my lawn they told be the cost would be $80 because the grass was "too high" and refused to do the work unless I paid another $15. I thought $65 was fair but $80 was honestly too pricey. The grass was in the same condition as when they previously cut it. I did not accept the new estimate and they refused service.

Although it is just my experience, based on it I won't be doing business with them again and wouldn't recommend them to a friend.

I don't usually write online comments for lawncare services; however, after using Trio Lawn Care for the past 8 months, I feel the urge to commend them for consistenly providing the best service to my home and place of business. After going trough 4 different companies in less than a year, I've finally found a top shelf professional company that I can stay with for a long term solution. Sincerely, Claude

i have had this company to service my lawn and i was very suprise to see and have courteous, efficient, and reasonalby price service to my home with great results i recommend, them to my other neighbors in this area as well as downtown, will become my regular maintance.

Our neighbors use Trio Lawn Care for their lawn mowing and insisted we give them a try. We are so glad we did. We have been using Trio for over a year now and I couldn't imagine why we hadn't sooner. They have been professional and reliable. Thanks Trio!
