I had Triple J do catering for a 40th birthday party for 30 persons. I had a suggested menu when I called and Brenda did a wonderful job returning my quote. When I picked up the food it was piping hot and plentiful with NO danger of running out. I received many compliments from my guests regarding the quality of the food. I'd happily use Triple J again for future events and would encourage anyone to do the same.

Triple J's Catering did the food and provided the hall for my husband's 60th surprise birthday party. I can't say enough wonderful things about Nicole, Jim, Andy and all the staff. The food was wonderful; we got so many compliments on it from our guests. They even used 2 of our family recipes as part of the menu, with great success. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly, professional, and highly competent. I can't come up with enough superlatives to convey how pleased I am with the way the event turned out. It was a very memorable birthday celebration for my husband, so we succeeded on all fronts. My 17 year old nephew referred to it as a really cool party. I think that says it all!

I was so impressed with Triple J's - Nicole was super helpful from the very beginning, the food was wonderful, and, most importantly, the service on the day of the event was impeccable. Several of my guests complimented both the food and the staff that day, and I truly couldn't have asked for anything more. And on top of the great food and service - the prices were the most reasonable I found in the Atlanta area. You won't regret choosing Triple J's!

I have delt with Triple Js for over 11 years and NEVER have I ever encountered any of the problems expressed by " Native Georgian" Their staff is l well trained and considerate, their food is outstanding and their service is beyond reproach. My experience has been that you will receive the same excellent service if you are ordering a small 15 person business luncheon or a larger 500 person sales seminar and I have been envolved with Triple Js at both ends of the spectrum. I also hear that their weddings are outstanding. My recommendation is to give them a shot and don't base you decision on just one negative opinion.

I had an event booked at their hall. I did not receive any information about a "non-refundable deposit." When I called to cancel over 2 months in advance, I was greeted with a rude person in the office. When I sent proof that I had no information regarding this "non-refundable deposit", I got a rude note with a check that said "by cashing this check you understand that WE elect not to do business with YOU in the future" along with a contract that I was never shown (and did not sign) when I booked the hall. Oh - and if you pay more than the $100 deposit, they keep your $100 plus 50% of whatever else you paid. BE CAREFUL!!!

We are very sorry for the complete misunderstanding between this person and Triple J's Catering. We have been in business serving the metro Atlanta area for 15 years. It has been a long standing policy of ours to receive $100.00 (non refundable) deposit to hold the date. There is no fine print in our contract. We pride ourselves on friendly and quality customer service. Try us out and give us a call!
