If you have any reason to be concerned about your dog's health, then I would strongly suggest that you look for another clinic. On a Friday we took our new puppy here with a concern about a gastro problem (loose stool), and we explained that she had a suspected parasite problem, as explained in detail by the breeder. The vet said he thought she was just "nervous" in a new home - and to call back on Monday if she wasn't better. The gastro problem was not any better on Monday, so I called to ask for an antibiotic. I explained that both our breeder and her vet suggested an antibiotic for giardia (parasites). Tritt's reply on the phone was that we put our puppy on Science Diet for a week. Thank goodness I instead took our puppy to Athens 90 minutes away to see our breeder's vet. Our puppy tested positive for Giardia (parasites) and took 2 prescriptions for a week - and is now feeling great. (We need to have her retested just to confirm that the parasites are completely gone.) But if we had followed Tritt Animal Hospital's suggestion to try feeding Science Diet for a week, our puppy would still have the parasites and a gastro problem - and it would be much worse by now. The vet was very pleasant, but he did not LISTEN to us as we explained our puppy's medical history and what our breeder told us.

my puppy needed his second round of vaccinations.. they added this, that, and the other to the visit, which i wasnt really sure if it was necessary. he had already gotten a full check up recently, and the vet bill came out to be over 100 dollars! i had no idea it would be that much.. they just automatically assume you want a full exam with all kinds of extra tests, and tell you how much it is afterwards. just for regular vaccinations, i'm told its better to go to am animal shelter clinic, bc you wont get any of the extras without knowing. should only cost 20-30 dollars

These folks have now taken care of the last 3 dogs we have had. We tragically lost our 2nd lab over a holiday weekend and had to take him to a different Emergency Vet. I was so touched when we received a sympathy card from all of the staff at Tritt Animal Hospital. I had no idea they even knew. They treat all animals as if it were their own.

Taken ALL of my pets there for 17 years and like and trust Tyler Huhman, but after a recent bad experience with my cat with another vet there I'm not sure if I'll be going back.

I went to them several years. The care was good--not great, and office staff are very nice. They charge the same or more as vets that have much better equipment;ie, life saving, ekg, etc. That is always a concern to me during surgery. Some vets don't get carried away with follow up office charges, but it seemed the longer I was a patient, the more they overcharged. Over all, I can only say they were average.

After reading reviews on Kudzu we took our new kitten to Tritt animal hospital in Marietta (BTW, the address on here is wrong - it is Shallowford Rd, Marietta). Dr. Patrice was wonderful - very kind & caring. The receptionist was lovely too. They have separate waiting rooms for cats & dogs - very nice. Routine tests & shots seemed rather expensive, but this was a first visit. Hopefully, it won't cost so much next time, as I would hate to have to leave this vets.

I was apprehensive when I had to find a new vet upon moving to East Cobb, but I couldn't ask for a better surprise! The staff is all highly knowledgeable and so professional. Everyone seems delighted to work there. I never felt rushed and Dr. Beard took ample time to explain everything, make suggestions and love on our puppies!!

Tritt Animal Hospital is great. They have been providing the best vet care to my golden for over 5 year. I drive almost an hours just to get there but it's well worth it.

Dr. David and his staff are all genuine, kind, and caring. They always make a fuss over my 'babies', 2 Maltese beauties. :-) The pricing is fair, and I can rest easy, knowing that Precious and Lilly are well cared for. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even when Dr. David isn't available, the other doctors are all very competent.
