Andrew is helping me (a mom of 4 in her early 40's) to make some very impactful life changes - both physically and mentally. Andrew has been extremely influential in helping me identify small but important changes in nutrition, sleep, hydration and physical activity that has drastically improved my overall approach to health. Importantly, the changes I am starting to make are not only benefiting myself but my spouse and children as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!

I have been dealing with a degenerative disc and pinched nerve. Next step was surgery. I went to Andrew in desperation and could not be happier. He did a very thorough assessment, created an easy to follow plan of stretches and corrective exercises, and I'm back in business. It is a lot of information but very worth it. I am very please that I made the decision to give him a try. :)

In my quest for optimal nutrition and athletic performance, I tried many things. Some worked, some didn't and even the ones that "worked", showed minimal improvements. Andrew was able to turn all of that around for us. His knowledge in nutrition far surpasses anyone that I have ever worked with. He is straight forward and is nonjudgmental. Within just the few short weeks that we have been working with him, I have noticed some pretty major changes in my health and wellness. I am really excited and looking forward to finally being able to truly restore my health and wellness.

doesn't matter when that change happens, but you remember the good ones. His coaching and guidance set the path for my healthier and injury free training in triathlon and living. excepting the truth and good constructive criticism is the key with Andrew. he was honest and realistic about my goals. thank you for your help sir!

I recently met for a nutrition consultation with Andrew. Before the meeting I was expecting to come out of it overwhelmed and confused as I have felt in my past experiences. Instead, I felt the exact opposite. After meeting with Andrew I felt like everything made sense; the foods we discussed are real foods, the food choices were not limiting but are extensive and best of all he encouraged me to get creative with my foods which is music to my ears as I love to experiment with delicious foods. I have allowed Andrew's extensive knowledge to be a definitive guide to a better live style and I am very excited about the journey we are embarking on. Even though I have just met him I know that he truly cares for his clients and I highly recommend his services.

Andrew's personal, individualized service is incredible. He truly cares about his clients and this shows in his work. He provides me with so much knowledge so I armed with the skills I need to improve all aspects of my health. The process of working with Andrew is fun and exciting, and he is always available to answers questions or encourage.

I met Andrew from the local cycling scene. While I'm not a professional athlete or even a part-time racer, I am an avid cyclist. As a health care professional interested in improving my performance and overall health, I came to Andrew for help with my training/overall fitness after reading his book Holistic Strength Training For Triathlon. Because his book was much more than training for triathlons, I took away invaluable information as a recreational cyclist. I knew Andrew was the trainer for me with his holistic approach and corrective exercise techniques. He knows more about "real" nutrition than any MD, RN, or dietician in the hospitals I've worked at. His approach to balancing nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise is right on the money. I can't say enough good things about Andrew as a trainer. He will not disappoint you with his extensive knowledge!

Andrew provides holistic, efficient and well-researched workouts with enthusiasm, integrity and care for his clients. I leave each training session inspired and armed with new knowledge. He is available to his clients and genuinely wants to see them grow in good health. He is the best.

Andrew is as good as it gets when it comes to trainers. His caring, personal approach, his workouts, nutrition regimen and overall health and well being recommendations have changed my life in more ways than I can list here - and I have only been going to him for 3 months! I have more energy, I have my waist back after two kids and 1 c-section and I've become more fit than I have ever been in my life. I used to get headaches multiple times a week, and literally no more headaches, likely due to his daily stretching and nutrition recommendations. Not to mention everyone I know is making comments about how great/fit I look lately. Like another reviewer mentioned as well, I am not a professional athlete, just a Mom looking to get in the best shape of her life and it's working : )

My son was having knee pain. Andrew evaluated Jack and found that, although he is a great athlete, he had weakness in certain areas that was causing the pain. Andrew gave him stretches and exercises to alleviate the pain and strengthen the weaknesses. Jack is already faster and stronger and was inspired by Andrew to work even harder at his sport and overall wellness.

Andrew is an exceptional trainer. He gives all clients an extensive evaluation before he develops an individualized plan to meet their varying needs. High performance athletes perform better with Andrew's extensive skills. But I'm most definitely not a high performance athlete. In my case, Andrew had to very gently challenge my body and nurture my confidence. He began by teaching me how to "work in" before I was ready to "work out". When I was ready to work out, he worked through dizziness issues related to my neurological condition. He taught me how to nurture my body through nutrition and look at the world in a more positive way. And when I was ready, he did indeed push me hard and pushed me to my limit. Andrew is much more than a trainer. He is a wise soul, who cares for his clients. He is incredibly smart and uses his extensive training to meet each client wherever he or she may need him. Andrew is an amazing force to have in your corner.

Andrew has a wealth of knowledge that has impacted my life far beyond what I can share here. Over the past several years I've worked with him to make changes in my diet and lifestyle that have allowed me to be at my healthiest (this is with a difficult health diagnosis). I leave each session excited to implement his suggestions and am excited to go back to see what more I can do. If you're looking to take "healthy" to the next level or even just get started on that road you won't find a better person or resource to guide you.

After meeting Andrew, my husband's trainer/ holistic lifestyle coach, several months ago, I decided to give him a try. I've had several trainers in the last several years, and was worried what new flaw Andrew would find in me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had a very enjoyable experience with Andrew. My 3 hour corrective exercise assessment was spent with me asking questions and Andrew explaining the tests on my level. The time flew by, and when we were done, Andrew asked me how I felt about myself, instead of telling me all the things that were "wrong" with me. We discussed what I would like to work on and Andrew shared his extensive knowledge on nutrition and exercise. As a woman who just wants to be fit and not a highly trained athlete, I highly recommend Triumph Training. Andrew had a wide skill set that ranges from the average person (me) to the skilled athlete.

Andrew is one of the best trainers around. No doubt about it. His knowledge and understanding of exercise, fitness, and nutrition is top notch. He has a great ability to get you to believe in yourself, and push yourself to do things you never thought you were capable of. I love how he is able to incorporate a holistic approach into exercise and nutrition. This is the future and Andrew is ahead of the game. Check him out you will not be disappointed.
