- I went to have a part order on my new van on 12/15/15. - Month later no reply from ( John ) the so call service manager / I had to call 3 times before I was able to speech to ( John ) after leaving voice mails for a return call.( Part on order ) - Called and left massages since 02/11/16 no reply from voice mail or when I called was busy. - I gave up on 02/15/16 called Dodge customer service and got the part needed for my new van and had it sent to other dealer. - This was a big waste of time to deal with this service dept. In my recent visit to Troncalli Jeep, I was greeted by Salesman, Mr. Will Berry. Car buying has never been a great experience until now. All of my anxieties were wiped away once Mr. Berry displayed superior professionalism and expert knowledge with the Jeep fleet. Mr. William Berry is "The Best Salesman ever!" I was so completely satisfied with his service that I always recommend him to all of my friends. I trust and know that he will definitely take care of his customers!

I'm on a budget and wasn't ready to buy at the moment, two things salesman usually don't like, but I had a lot of questions. I went to Troncalli and met Will who was surprisingly helpful. He showed me the inventory in my price range and was patient. After shopping around I've learned their prices were some of the lowest around, I'll definitely be buying my car there.

We are new in town. Took our 2010 300C (~95K miles) in due to check engine light. They identified the problem quickly, oil pump issue, and fixed it under power train warranty. When you take a car with this many miles to a dealer they will find legitimate issues which need attending to; and they did in my case. Oil and filter (has been regularly changed), air filter and PCV valve, 'burned' power steering fluid so it was 'exchanged', air induction service so cleaned throttle plate, replaced 16 spark plugs (1st time for this), update/flash PCM. They called before proceeding, I asked some questions, agreed and paid for it. They washed my car, inside and out...no charge. Now, my reason for listing all of this is to explain the middle of the road marks in quality and value. I can't see what they did and I'm reluctant to match the Great Service mark on faith alone. I'll make a point to come back and enter an update in a couple of weeks when I've had time to tell that the car is performing better.

I was supposed to get special pricing through a cost club program. I was supposed to be shown the invoice and given a certain amount off. Dealer never showed the invoice and I was left to negotiate on my own. They did fix a minor issue on my old car for free though which was appreciated.
