Troy Blankenship and his salesman Greg Darnell stole $4849 and I got no roof! First he told me his wife died 2 months ago.I googled the obit and it was a year and half agothen his grandmother died two weeks ago. Then it was the weather. These are two LIARS, RUN from them. Hopefully they'll be in jail soon.Warrants await!...

We had our entire house painted on the outside. It looks really good from the street. Close up is a different story. There is tons of over-spray and paint brush strokes all over our windows. None of it was ever wiped off or even scraped off after it dried. In addition, 95% of our windows were painted shut. Nobody ever even suggested that maybe we should open them before the paint dries to prevent this. It took my husband over 2 hours to walk around our entire house with a ladder and a knife to open each window. The price was better than a lot of quotes, but after seeing how unprofessional the painters were, I'm starting to figure out why. They are certainly not the worst painters out there, but if I had to rehire someone I would look elsewhere.

Had our roof replaced by Troy less than a year agothey did several in our neighborhood. We now have a leak and have tried multiple times to reach them. We leave messages and emails and NO ONE bothers to return our calls! Mr. Troy Blankenship encourages anyone to call his officemaybe he better check to see if his phones are working??!! RUN FROM THIS "ROOFER"...

I have owned many of homes and by far they are the best roofing and most professional roofer I've dealt with, in fact both my neighbors had Troy roof their homes and they look amazing. I was given upgrades and treated with dignity throughout the entire process. I did have to wait to get my roof done due to inclement weather but my roof looks fantastic and I would refer him to anyone I know

It took 5 months for our roof installation even though they had almost 7K of our money up front before work even was scheduled. We got excuse after excuse from Josh Rogers in the office as to why it was being delayed and the supposed "delivery dates" never came through. He's a smooth talking liar. Only after demanding a refund and requesting our insurance company to contact Troy on our behalf, did work finally start. Then, UNBELIEVABLY, they put on the wrong color. Josh denies knowing anything about the color (isn't that convenient?) although we spoke several times about it after we had an interior designer come to our property to choose the color for us. Not only that but we have paperwork proving that we submitted the color to our HOA for approval! Now they wont admit their mistake even though our copies of the contracts are DIFFERENT (their copy specifies the color they put onagain, isn't that convenient!?), are demanding the depreciation money because the "work is completed" and are threatening a lein on our home. YOU ARE FOREWARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!...
