I was not happy at all with the service, my lawn did not improve at all. My lawn was in better shape before they ""treated"" my lawn. Also I wound up with thistles all over my flower beds, which I never had before. I cancelled and was contacted 3 times after cancelling, with offers and other services. I let them know during each call I was not satisfied with TruGreen Services and I was not interested and that I had cancelled. ONLY to look out the door to check on the mail to see that they had treated my lawn! I called again and I hope now they know I am not interested in doing business with them and to make sure they understand I no longer want their service.

Lawn care was crappy. Grass is dull, weeds still thriving after 4 treatments. Used them from April to September. Called after 2nd treatment and told them to stop service. They offered a free treatment to get rid of the weeds and said they would get back to us to see how we looked the lawn with the additional treatment. NO CHANGE IN LAWN! They then did another UNAUTHORIZED treatment 2 weeks later! But still no change in lawn! We called again to complain about lawn and that we had canceled and they wanted to another ""FREE"" treatment! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! RIP OFF!!!

DO NOT USE TRUGREEN NORTH!!! (Northern Columbus, OH)\r\r Where do I start? Over two years of service, they continued to make me pay for trying to let them redeem themselves. Here is my basic list of issues.\r\r - Uneven applications on the property line.\r - Last summer, I just had my driveway resealed. They spread lime all the way across it when the did the application? I had white spots on my driveway for 2 months. They refused to even discuss the issue.\r - On one of the applications, they put down too much fertilizer in areas and I had big dead spots in my lawn. I watered the fertilizer in, but there was just too much. Large areas of my yard are dead.\r - Toward the end of the second year, I called to cancel the last application of the year, three days later, they applied the last application. They have no record of me calling to cancel my service, and they refuse to remove the charge from my bill. So I will pay it, but never again will I use them. \r\rThey were very polite to work with, and the always insist that their work is guaranteed, but they never once acted on making any of these actions right. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the services they have provided!
